MKY and EE22: It is all good. Now I do have both sets done. So we are good. Went running around today with my paperwork. I was told it would be no problem to get a placement and I should just enjoy my vacation. I won't hear anything until the teachers are back in the building which is after Labor Day. So I finally feel I can relax a bit.

Tomar: Can't wait to hear all the details of your trip. I guess you will be home tomorrow.

TONS of rain...Dubuque had over 10 inches last night

Hiya EE22, no haven't done much. Wrote out our adr's and info book I keep. And actually changed a couple of Adr's last night. Bug, asked to eat at Crystal Palace for breakfast. I almost fell over. She hates buffets.

Your right about the heat. It is soooooooooooooo hot and humid here. Rained off and on this am. Then it just hanging here the rest of the day. Ick.

Hope Tomar is ok. And we lost Candi somewhere along the way? Hope she is ok.

MKY: Thanks. Spent today painting DD10 bedroom. Tomorrow we are getting our front porch replaced, tomorrow night is my SIL's rehearsal dinner, and Saturday is the wedding. Need that mini trip before our trip just to catch my breath. It is going to be a joke getting 3 kids and myself ready for a morning wedding.

EE22...I do the same thingwhen I think about all we have going on. At least if we are on vacation, I won't have any commitments at home. But my poor kids, I have done nothing with them, barely cooking meals. DH keeps saying that they will be on vacation for 3 weeks, they will just get it all at one time!

You know...my mom a couple of years ago to me said that she felt bad that she wasn't there when I went for to kindergarten. She was a single working mom. I told her to not worry...didn't know any different and it didn't have a negative impact upon me.

We watched Pooh tonight with DD7 on my lap.

MKY: Yeah...having a lot of family keeps you busy. We have friends that we have not seen in forever. They all laugh at all the running around we do, all for family.

POOH IS SO CUTE!!!!!

DD and I are going to Cars tomorrow.
DH and I were going to go tonight, but the FedEx guy didn't even ring the bell today and didn't leave DS's laptop so he had to go get it60 miles round trip out to the airport.

Speaking of getting stronger...DD went to a concert an hour away...no clue when she will be home...practice for the fall
