TP2: That is a good probelme to have!!:thumbsup2 I'm glad they know now and you can plan.

EE22: Yes, I'm not complaining. I was up late last night because we have all these seperate tickets and I am trying to figure the best way to use them. We has 2 sets of MYW base tickets each set is for 2 adults and 2 kids. We also have 4 adult, one day base tickets. In addition we have tickets to P&P party. I think DH wants to do water parks so I was going to add water parks to our one set of base tickets to make it a one day base ticket with the water parks. Now, DD8 wants to go on RRC at MGM because she missed the height by like a hair (first CM let her on and second CM said no) last summer. I was not planning on hitting MGM as it really has the least attractions and if I had to pick one park to miss, that was it. Well, it is an either or situation. We will either do the water parks or make the girls one day base tickets into 3 day base tickets. We will all have to sit down and take a vote. We never did the water parks so I think we should go that way but I can really understand her need to get on RRC.

MKY: I have a question for you. We are going to the P&P party and I have read that the park is open before the 7:30 start time. I have also read of a lot of people booking adr's for that night. Is that so you can get into the park earlier? I am not planning anything for that day other than the pool so if we can get into the park a little earlier I would jump on that. Also, I think I would opt for a sit down at maybe Plaza because I am looking to conserve on the money side of things. I think that may be the least expensive sit down that takes ADR's. You have WAY more experience in this so I am hoping you can help.

TP2,

I sent you a pm.
You must of had a great mothers day! Happy planning!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I got cancelled at work today, we only had 1 patient, on the floor. :confused3 Guess the nice weather is keeping al the kids healthy. I am supposed to be studying for my Pediatric advanced life support re-cert test this friday. But am doing everything except that. Just can't get motivated and know it is really hard. Yikees.:sad2:

EEyorelover22'
just an FYI on the driver's ed--the class may run for 6 weeks, but not every student is in it for the full 6 weeks. Well, the way they run the classes here. My husband taught DE for 4 years. They usually had 2 weeks of class time and then there was a schedule for the practice driving. Each student had to have a minimum # of hours of actual drving time--I think it was 8 hours, or maybe 12. You could probably contact the person teaching the course and see if you can pick your daughter's driving days and then you would know how to plan your trip.:goodvibes

Here, the summer driver's ed through the school is everyday for 6 weeks and then 6 hours of additional driving time and 6 hours of observation for a total of 12 hours in the car. They drag is out the entire summer for not many hours in a day...dumb. If I pay more, I can get it done in 3 weeks so that's probably what I will do.

Hi Guys:goodvibes
Hope everyone had a great weekend ! It was a beautiful day here in New Jersey...and Mr. Tomar and the gang took me out to one of our favorite restaurants for Dinner for Mother`s Day...;)

MKY- Good luck with the pediatric advanced life support cert. test !!pixiedust: I know you`ll pass with flying colors :thumbsup2 ...

TP2- AHH now all the REAL fun in Planning starts !:goodvibes When everyone has a different idea  and yu have to put the puzzle together to make it all fit into THE BEST VACATION EVER !:woohoo:

EE22- I know you`ll find the best way for DD to be able to get all the DE she needs:drive: ...and still be able to fit in a great vacation to the world next summer

I may not have to worry about driver's ed for DD. I may not live through her freshmen year...I might be in the looney bin by next June and won't remember who the Mouse is. She's driving me nutso right now. 13...what an age for a girl!!!:scared:

13 more days!! Yahoooooooooo!!

Track is over and:laundy: is a lot less. That's a good thing.

MKY: Good luck on your test. Give yourself a reward if you study

Have fun planning everyone.

TP2: don't know what to tell ya about RRC. DD almost didn't want to go on this year and then she and DS Fought over the extra fastpass:scared1: then she was upset when she couldn't ride SM more than once and was upset that I went on it too and wished she had been on it more. The minds of the young are not to be understood. With her it's probably the fact that she couldn't ride it that makes it worse. You know...always tell your kids what you don't want to do and then they will do the opposite:rolleyes1

RED ALERT!

ap rates for june, july, till aug 4th out!

I studied yesterday, 2 days to go till test.

mky, still waiting for her ap rates.

:surfweb: Thank you MKY for the heads up !!!:goodvibes
It looks just like the same senario as last year !!;)
I just called to see what the savings would be for SSR....I think we`re gong to pass this year...even though it sounds tempting.:cloud9: ..I don`t think it`s going to be worth the hassle of changeing keys soooo often....
The discount goes up to 8/4...are you going to be able to take advantage of it ? I hope so :goodvibes
Happy studying !! Good luck on the test !!!

EE22: You make me laugh. And I think you are right. This morning she said she is dizzy and has a headache. I told her to go to bed and stay home from school. Oh no, she will not miss. Then I told her to eat a banana because the potasium may make her feel better. She doesn't like bananas. I then told her that if she does not feel good, she should go to the nurse and she will send her home early. She said, don't worry I won't go to the nurse. I don't understand what she wants from me.

MKY: Good luck on your exams. Boy do I hate taking tests. I feel for you.

TP2: I asked my co-worker who has a junior girl this year if it gets any better. She was sorry to tell me that it does not. She did say it gets really bad and then a tad better, but it never really gets better with the emotions of a girl. I fell into a deep depression after that!!

I have come up with an answer for you though when DD is in a state and nothing I suggest works. "I don't know how to help you." For some reason, it works and it has the last few times. Then she actually gave me a suggestion and we worked it out. I try to give her choices about what to do and the last one is "get over it." She was all upset about what seat she was going to have for the band trip. I said, "then don't go, that's always an option." It's always a struggle though because I have to think so hard at the end of the day!! Last night she was in tears about going to high school. For years she has complained that she always has to follow her in brother's footsteps and follow the perfect student...next year she has different teachers and she's upset that she doesn't have DS's teachers.:headache:

Give up now...you can't win!!!:lmao:

EE22: Can you imagine I have 3 girls!!! What am I going to do??? Next time I am in a situation where nothing I say works, I will try your answer. Never hurts to try.

I'm so excited! I can't wait! We no longer have to stay offsite. We are staying at Pop Century. The time is flying by! This will be our first trip and we are working on our itineraries. It's kinda hard since we've never been there. Any suggestion for adults, that you would say are must sees/must dos? It's just the two of us for our anniversary... no kids. So any and all help would be appreciated.

more than you can ever know!!!
My new class requires an incredible amount of time before school too with helping students. I had 20 kids in for help this morning because there was a test today. I wish I had a different schedule for next year and didn't have my advanced algebra classes too, but with 3 newcomers to our department, I had to take them. Those students come in for lots of help too. I'm buried all the time at work.

9 DAYS!!!

Hiya everyone!:yay:

I just noticed my counter! Yeah!:cheer2: I also, passed my P.A.L.S. exam's today! :cutie: Good for 2 years. :dance3:

EE22, :teacher: you are in Single Digits! I guess its almost Summer.

Tomar,:cutie: I don't blame you. Changing keys and re-checking is a pain. At least with your dvc, you are pretty sure you don't have to change rooms. I always worry about that with, having 2 ressies at the same resort.

I am still watching for the August AP rates. Last year they came out a couple of weeks right after, the july came out.

VMK_Princess_Chloe, You will have a great time. Take time to do what YOU want to do. Also try to enjoy your resort. Relax. Its your vacation, and you can keep your own pace. When sis and I are wore out, and need a little peaceful time >> My favorite thing to do is rent a boat (pontoon, is actually the most economical, charges by hour, and only 1 fee [only 1 boat]). We love going out on seven seas lagoon, and just coasting, looking at the magic kingdom and resorts. It is very relaxing, and we can talk, get off your feet, and just enjoy the view, its very re-charging. No lines, no one cutting you off, or pushing in front of you, etc.. . Just very peaceful. For you and DH, romantic. ;)

TP2, :bride: How is the planning going? Did the girls settle down, and pick what they really want to do? Hope the party info helped.

Everyone have a great weekend. I get to work. :scared1: mkyprincess:

MKY: Congrats on passing your exam.:woohoo:

Still making decisions. I need to sit down with all of them so we can discuss it together.

MKY: Congrats on passing that test!!:woohoo: I bet you're glad that's over!!!

Have fun planning everyone.

I am in single digits:cool1: Summer is almost here!!!
