Evening everyone! :wave2:

Candi, I like the 12 step approach.;) It is pouring here right now, and the lights have flickered twice. If we lose power again, it is gonna get hot.:scared1: I will right at home at disney.

EE22, your going to disneyland. We haven't been since 95'. We have talked about it, but keep debating. Bug wants to do all of california and I just want DL. Told her if we like go back and do california. My mom's family are all in san franscisco but we have only met them once. So I am in no hurry to meet the relatives. :rolleyes1 We got confused thou in DL cause it is slightly different. We also went on the busiest time. It was May and the best weather they had in months (so they told us) I could not believe the lines. We never got on the matterhorn or Indy jones. The lines where all the way to the entrance gate. California adventure was not even open yet.

Tomar, good answer. :teacher: I will use that.

Well I did go and buy our vouchures for next year. The DS lady said, she heard the same thing. But they had no announcement yet. The thread had historical prices listed and AP's went up 19.00 and 20.00 the last 2 years. :scared1: So 2 ap's that is $40.00.

Have a great nite, mky:cutie:

A good Disney friend of mine and I would always exchange our 12 step program for getting over Disney and at least 8 of the steps dealt with going to a park somewhere in the world :goodvibes to deal with the separation from Disney of course.

Have a GREAT time mky! Glad you bought your vouchers.
DL 2011 is for DL11's graduation celebration and my survival of the high school years with two teenagers:yay: Also pre-never having any money since I'll have two in college:rotfl:

Hiya everyone!:wave2:

TP2, that is too cool. Will bring the prices up at CBR? Will wait and see what happens. I got a few of your pictures and the rest would not open.:confused3 But you probably did better than I will.;) Gosh, I hope I can work my camera.:wizard:

EE22, sounds like a good plan. That is definately something to look forward too. Sounds like a long way off but it really isn't.

bye everyone! will be leaving in a couple of hours and have to finish and kiss:darth: He knows something is up. Max should be here shortly. pirate:

Happy planning, and might get to check in from CR ;) :confused3 mky:cutie:

MKY: Have a wonderful trip. I will be thinking of you. If your suitcase winds up being overweight, you know I snuck in.:rolleyes1 Think of me as you watch the fireworks from the Contemporary!:goodvibes

Looks interesting TP2...wonder if it's because CBR gets such a bad rap by guests. There are a lot of people who do not like CBR.

It has gotten HOT here...like I said...just in time for school to start!!!

BYE MKY !! :wave2: HAVE A GREAT TIME !:woohoo:

TP2- Great Article ! thank you for sharing it with us !....We stood at CBR back in the late `80`s when it frist opened...I actually loved it there !...We stood in "Jamaica" once and then in "Aruba" another time with the boys....each section has it`s own pool as well as the Big Main one....The Room Revamping to the themeing of POTC is great.....the general store that is in the Food Court at CBR is actually named "Old Port Royale"...as in the movie ;)

Tomar...forgot to say that YES!! We loved CBR when we were there. I sort of dropped that off my post. We were going to try POFQ only because my step mom was coming and walking the second time after her horrible car crash was an issue. And then, we were moved to AKL and the rest is history!!!

Here's a thought too TP2 ;) book CBR and maybe the rehab will force them to move you :confused3 I'm thinking POLY!!! GRAND! we could have gone anywhere when POFQ closed for rehab :woohoo:

Why, other than CBR being huge, does it get a bad rap. I never looked into it because my dad can't walk a lot but they won't be traveling with us this time so it isn't an issue. I just wonder if they will accommodate 5 in a room once the rehab is done.

EE22: I like your idea.

I think because it is big...that's the only reason. We really liked it there. Not sure about the 5 in a room. That might be a wait and see:confused3

It's too hot here...I'm melting.....

Sorry to say it but I am living for August 10!:goodvibes

That is when my summer can finally start. I NEED a break!

Hi everyone

Well, I just booked for March on NWA and got a pretty good rate for airline tickets. MKY - might want to check it out when she gets home. They had web fares that were within my budget, so we booked.

We are going to leave a day earlier, but later at night in order to get the rate but I figure we stay over at the airport anyway, so what is the difference if it is here or down there.

Then....I can`t wait for August 10th for you TP2- :cloud9:
Mabe then you can concentrate on next summer !!!:thumbsup2
Im loving those POTC suites at CBR....I heard that they are going to be Suites and some of the other rooms will have the "Nemo" theme ;)

The POTC suits look great. I get the Beach Club and Carribean Beach resorts mixed up sometimes. Are the new rooms at the Carribean Beach Club - that is where I thought they were at. The Beach Club is a DVC resort.

We seem to be a quiet group without MKY here.

TP2 - is August 10 the days the kids go back to school?

The Carribean Beach Resort is a Moderate Resort near Epcot....but not as close as the Beach Club Resort is to Epcot .......The Beach Club is a Deluxe Resort and the Beach Club villas (which are attached to the Beach Club Resort ) is the DVC Resort ;)

Yep- Looks like it`s all quiet on the western Front here:tiptoe: ....LOL:goodvibes
I hope MKY is haveing a BLAST !!!!
and I hope everyone is having a great weekend !! :flower3:

I left town too!! ;) Thanks to mky we are held up in a nice place before our flight tomorrow on SW.

12 days of summer left:sad2:
I'm pretty much ready except for unloading my boxes for my desk. 1/2 day after we get home.

I am still trying to figure out our dates for 2009 too.
I am not sure about Kidani or Jambo either...can't decide at all!!!

TP2...any idea when you are going in August?

August 10th is when her sister's wedding is over. Lots of work especially with three kids. GOOD LUCK. I won't have much time to post I don't think. We are sharing the laptop too.

Next time we stay we will stay at the new Kidani so that we can be close to the new water park.

We are staying at SSR in January since we did not have the points to book into AKV for Jan 1 at the 11th month point. My DH has not had a chance to stay at AKV so next trip we will.

Hiya everyone, :wave2:

Thanks so much TP2 & EE22 for the heads up on the AAA codes. Yikees, forgot March was sooooooooooo expensive. And the new rates don't help either. Tried to book 2 days ago, and got the run around and ran out of time > (too busy here:rotfl: ) So tried again tonight. book Poly GV save over $1000.00 on rack but its still high. Had no problems tonight thou. The other guy was such a problem. No rates...., then not available at MK resorts.... , I figured he was totally confused. :rolleyes1

We probably will be driving now, to save some $$$ & stay less days at wdw.:scared1: You never know.

We are having a great time here just worn out. Max is keeping us busy, running not alot of time to spend and relax. :dance3:
Had our castle dinner tonight. (my bday) Was nice, but it is hot here. Best meal so far: corral reef and we don't like fish.:wizard:

Good luck on the wedding TP2 & EE22 good luck with getting your room ready. Glad midway worked out.

Miss everyone, love that there is a computer at CR, thou this is the 1st time I am on.

happy planning, mky:cutie:
