The July 4th Golf Cart Parade is a patriotic tradition at the Fort.

I guess with all the construction they have discontinued the canoes .
My daughters family of 4 rented them last time…They gave them a bullhorn to blast in case of problem cause it was a circular waterway . Maybe the bullhorn was to scare alligators away. I waited forever for them to return and was staring to worry. It was funny cause they obviously did not know how to use the oars and they seemed to zig zag from one side of the water to the other the entire way … That’s why you only canoe at Disneyland !

And I just realized the Tom Sawyer Island rafts will be gone in 10 days !

When will the next months calendar come out?

@Dakota731, it will come out at the start of the month following the end of the current schedule (so on September 1). It takes a day or two past that to hit the interwebz.

It will be interesting to see what they put out. The past few months they've started putting out calendars that covered more than one month. This summer 2025 calendar at the top of this thread covers 3 months. So will the calendar released on September 1 might cover just September (and possibly October or more - who knows). This is new territory for us.

When we got monthly calendars released in the past, it would usually include holiday events that the Fort would host. But with this summer calendar above (which started with June activities), the July 4th events were not part of the initial release and came out several days before the holidays. Of course, the last 3 months of the year have holidays and special events but who knows how long the Sept 1 calendar will cover and what it will include.

When it comes out, someone at the Fort then might share it or somebody might see it on the interwebz and get it posted here. But likely September 1 at the earliest and more likely a day or two after that.
