Actually I just called at 2;40PM CT and nothing, zip, zilch, nada.

Could you just imagine if this were around April fools day ???
I could see someone..( maybe me ) posting a new thread saying

"THEY'RE OUT...THE CODES ARE OUT" .

I dont have the stones to do that now. That would be extremely cruel.

Anyways, a nice and safe weekend to all...see ya next week.

There are several threads going about why discounts may or may not be coming. I think it would really be helpful to keep these types of posts to those threads if at all possible.

This thread is a one for waiting on codes and needs to kept as positive as possible for all of us that are still waiting.

I'm waiting for AP codes just like everyone else. This thread is up to thousands of posts, why is mine a problem? I tought it was pretty closely on point -- I was trying to explain why I think the wait is so long and how we maybe should think about our expectations.

I mean, with all due respect, I guess I disagree that this should be a thread only for "positive" posts. I actually don't even think mine was negative, but even if it were -- and I'm not trying to be confrontational -- I'm not entirely sure how it matters. If I thought that positive mental energy would make disney release codes they otherwise weren't going to release, heck, I'd be all for it. ;0) But I don't really think my post was out of line given the subject of the thread.

I really just can't believe this. The poster you quoted is being realistic. I wonder how being positive about a code is going to help. .

I can be excited for a bit (still waiting though)! Checked with our fabulous TA at Mouseear Vaca and asked about booking a AAA while waiting for AP. Said we could! BF said to book using AAA for POLY!!! I am sooo excited 37 tripa and never stayed there!!!! I can't wait now I can book my dining!!!

Now if those rates would come!!!! waiting patiently?

Ok fellow Disneyholics, you can look for codes to come out anytime now. I just ordered my 7 day MYW tickets with park hopper option, so I have no doubt it will be soon now! Had I ordered an AP they would never have come out!

They are nice when they come, but the Annual Pass is a ticket admission. Nothing else was guaranteed.

I truly don't think you can dictate responses.

I have been thinking next Tuesday which is May 9. An op stated that a CM stated a couple of weeks ago that May 9 would be the day and they could not believe it would take so long for codes. I do have a really good feeling that that will be the day. After that my next hope is for June 5 and if they do not come out at that point I am cancelling my July reservations and going in August. Either way we are going, it will be up to Disney to decide when.

13 hours later I'm home from the track meet!
I am a human popsicle though. My feet are frozen and so is my nose!! Kids did dandy as well which makes it all worth while.
Sorry that no codes are here, but I think May 9th it is!! That's when our new long term sub comes and life will be looking up. Can't wait!! So glad I went to work...things started to turn around in a positive fashion and I accomplished a ton and I am now caught up

Okay everyone. I called and cancelled my WL AAA rate (courtyard view) for June 5-11 and confirmed and paid for our ressies at SOG. If we cancel with SOG now we will lose one day deposit (plus DH is really excited about going there). So.... now that I've done this......the codes will come out1
(kind of like when the drought in our area ended the day I decided to wash my car)

TP2> NOW you remember this? That could of saved us alot of heartache We are going down 8/2 > 8/19 But the dining plan hits only 6 days and it does pay for me to do it at a deluxe rack rate with only 2 plus 1 (9yr old).

I have to say that I did not FEEL it this week. Don't know why. But I got up anyway and played the game. I do have a good feeling for next week but if it does not show up then, I am going to start losing hope for AP codes.

On a lighter note. I am also waiting for a Ding from SW. So my DH has been coming up with all these great jokes around the DING. He had my girls sing this song, remember back to 1988 when Don't Worry Be Happy was popular? Well, he has my DD7 and DD5 singing Don't Worry about a Ding. Of course they have no idea what he is talking about but I think it is funny. Just want to lighten the mood.

Okay, I'm caught up again ... for now .......... but I'm feeling a bit left out cuz I'm NOT a teacher.

No codes, huh? I've been uber-busy at work this week, so I haven't been able to call during the day to check. Let's just say my motto this week has been "water, water everywhere and not a drop to drink!" It's just a joke 'bout what I do ~ okay, it entertained me anyway!

I got 2 PMs for park maps. I have to go to the Post Office in the morning, so I'll happily mail them out then. If anyone else wants one - or one of each, etc. - just send me a PM & I'll pass along the pixie dust!

We too are getting a bit worried about codes, but keeping it positive (trying anyway). For YEARS we've been reading about the AP codes that we've never been able to take advantage of ..... I'm afraid it's MY FAULT that the rest of you don't have a discount .... you see, I actually BOUGHT the AP which virtually guarantees I WON'T get a discount! Sorry guys!!!
