While everyone is posting - I wanted to add my fav restaurants too...
We have eaten at a lot of the disney restaurants- these are the ones we like the best and revisit most frequently (not in any particular order):
The Brown Derby
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Port Orleans Beignets for breakfast - they are the best!
I like Boma A LOT-but DF doesn't particulary
Earl of Sandwich - has the best sandwiches for lunch and super yummy gigantic cupcakes with sprinkles.
Le Cellier is great for steak.
Victoria and Alberts - if you are planning to take formal clothes and devote an entire evening to dinner. Its a true (kind of stuffy) experience. If you are in the right mood its a night you will never forget. I can't say we go their frequently but its one of the most memorable dining experiences we have had at Disney.
We go to Mexico a lot too - we love the atmosphere, but I always have mixed opinions about the food.
Chef Mickeys obviously if you want time with the characters.
Places I would never return to - Yak & Yeti, The Rainforest Cafe, Cinderellas Royal Table (it used to be soo much better!) unless I had little princesses with me. Also we really dislike China, but I think I heard the restaurant was redone there recently - so we might have to try it again.
