June Exercise Challenge- Turn up the heat

Saturday: 75 minutes yoga
Sunday: 90 minutes elliptical, 60 minutes treadmill
Monday: 60 minutes step, 45 minutes strength class, 30 minutes another strength class

over 40% now for 1455/3500 :yay:
 
After my 3 mile walked that turned into 3.6 miles, I am at 652/1500. Getting toward halfwak.
 

New total for me so far.... 338/1500
 
I did 20 min yesterday and 90 minutes today, (most in a very long time)for 225/750.
 
Wow, I'm really behind the 8-ball this month!!! :eek: Adding another 30 minutes today, thanks.

Total now 125/1100
 
80 minutes on the treadmill yesterday....400/1300

I haven't updated in a few days. Please add 180 minutes to my total bringing me up to 300/1200.

Okay so Monday I did 50 mins walking, 10 mins arms, and 10 mins abs. Today I've done 30 mins walking so my new total for the month is 355/750.
