June APH rates

Any idea when June APH rates will be out. Historically is this peak time or are there any good room rates? I'm looking at the second week in June around 12-16th.

It could very well be the beginning of peak time and there may not be any APH rates. Check out old date and rate threads.

On the date and rate threads you can check what other people have received. So far, for this year, there are only two reports of an APH rate in June and that is the first week. Here is the link:

Just booked an APH rate for June 4 (1 nt only) @ HRH. Garden View 2 queens is $184 (plus taxes/fees). Earlier I was comparing with the cheapest room @ RPH and that rate was $159. Not available today though so I just went with the HRH room.

Yes, APH worked for me. But I only found the rates for early June. Pretty much the first week only.

You put promotion in the first box and APH in the second.

July rates aren't out yet. I have been checking daily for August and early June just cleared. Keep checking!

I'm waiting for June 30-July 8th. booked right now with Stay More Save More rate.

The rates came out up to (and including) our first night June 7th.

We are staying for 5 nights though from 7th.

Considering whether to book first night at APH rate and 4 at stay more save more rate or whether to wait awhile and see if APH come out for rest.

Ar worst we will get 5 nights at stay more save more rate = which is still not so bad

Were going in July and staying at HRH. We have booked at the Stay More Save More rate. I keep checking just in case. However, I'm not really expecting an APH rate to come out based on the dwindling availability of room & room types each time I check. What I have learned here in this forum is there could be some changes closer to my travel dates when unused rooms blocked for travel agencies might be released back to the hotel.

From what I understand APH rates may only be issued if there is a surplus of rooms that need to be filled and Lowes doesn't expect to fill them with other rates.

Before WWOHP the APH rates and FLO rates would come out around this time. I believe last year they came out real late.
