June AP Hotel Rates N/A?

So I was looking at the AP calendar for my June trip and the entire month is showing as NA for all 3 hotels. It continues for the first 2 weeks of July as well. I cannot imagine that all 3 hotels booked up completely in the last week. Anyone know why it would ALL show as NA? Maybe its a computer error and they will come back as available soon?

I was in the same boat! On Thursday, April 14th, almost all days in June and July were available at all three resort properties, then on Friday, April 15th, all the dates in June and the first two weeks of July were showing not avaliable! I was hoping it was a computer glitch too and they would fix it over the weekend so I could book our AP discount trip for late June. And today, Monday, it's still showing everything unavailable. I guess we should just call the resort.

Let me know if you call! I'm still trying to nail down my dates so I have just been checking the calender but my rates are ALMOST set so I want to book as soon as they are!

I called them and they said they only had a suite available for my dates. There's no way I can afford that! I mentioned that rooms must be available since when I key my dates online (making an online reservation - without taking the final payment step) it shows regular rooms are available, but not with the AP special discount. He talked to his supervisor and then I was able to get the AP rate for a regular room. So, I suggest you call!

I just called because my dates are finally set... they said that all the rooms at the special rates are booked but to check on Friday as they may release more rooms for the special. I REALLY have my doubts that all the rooms booked up in a blink of an eye but I guess I will just have to wait and hope and pray that they come back!

I hope they open the discounted rooms for you on Friday! I agree, it was very strange that within a matter of 24 hours more than a month of rooms were unavailable! I was thinking maybe a convention suddenly booked rooms. I also wonder if they will extend the promotion into July on Friday, since I would prefer to go in July, but selected June only because of the special rates.

The dates are slowly returning to the calendar. I was able to get my reservation by calling... The website locked up but on the phone I got the price I was seeing before!
