June 9, 2014 ALASKA! Who's in?

I am getting more excited everyday. I will be retired by the time we go on this cruise and I am totally going to enjoy myself with my family. I am very interested in doing an FE, so shall we get a group started now? Just let me know I will get it going. It will be my first time running one but I can give it a try.

For hubby and I on embarkation day! this will be our 4th cruise, but the first on Wonder and the first on the left coast. Hubby has always wanted to see Alaska.

"kids" will be with us. Two 18 year olds a DD and a DS, plus "the baby" our DS16. They all grew up as mouseketeers, and Im not sure they realize that there are other ways to go on vacations!

We have a possible disney world trip in April, due to our sons cheerleading team trying to make it to the worlds copetition this season.....Love it if we getto do both. I actually booked when we were on board the dream in early May.

We have now booked for June 2014. Staying in Vancouver before & after the Cruise. Meeting out friends from Pittsburgh PA in Vancouver and we are then sailing with them. Thought an Alaskan cruise might be too cold but I have been talked into it and really looking forward to it!!

I am trying to organize the FE Exchange for our cruise. I have created the event on the facebook page, but not sure if everyone is on facebook, so I will also post here. If you are interested PM me with your Cabin #, Last name and email, disboard name, family members, their ages and sex, where you are from, what dinner seating and any info that you deem necessary, i.e. any allergies. Hope to hear from everyone interested.

We just booked this today! This will be our 3rd Disney cruise, first time on the Wonder. We will be flying into Seattle on SW, then renting a car to drive to Vancouver the day before. So excited! Time to start looking at the excursions:)

We purchased our plane tickets yesterday. We will be leaving from Ft Lauderdale on Friday the 6th with only one stop befor Vancouver. We also booked our hotel. We will be staying at Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside Hotel. It is really happening. I am so excited.

Hi all! My husband and I just moved from the 9 night Alaska cruise to this one to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We are happy to join you all! We aren't taking our 2 kids so it's our first real trip away from them. I really feel guilty leaving our DD6 and DS3 at home with the grandparents while we party with Mickey, but we promised ourselves an Alaskan cruise for our 10th. We were supposed to take an Alaskan cruise for our honeymoon but the cruises didn't line up for us at the time and then again for our 5th but our DD was still in diapers, so I'm glad it's finally happening! Of course, after our first cruise experience last March on the Disney Wonder, we had to go with Disney again.

I think to alleviate my guilt for not bringing the kids, we need to book another Caribbean one for later this summer with the kids, am I right? ;)

Saturday - Ketchikan - walking tour on our own with planned stops at the Southeast Alaska Discovery Center and the Totem Heritage Center.
Monday - Disembark and make our way back to Seattle -

Anyone else getting excited? Do you have any plans made for your trip yet? (Yes I am a little OCD when it comes to travel planning/research)

My family and my bestie and her family are SO excited for our Alaskan Cruise! It will be my family's 2nd (took the dream last Labor day weekend) and my bestie's first! Looking forward to meeting new friends and can't wait for a week of FE fun!
I've requested to join the FB page...is that who's coordinating the FE list too?

We booked this cruise when we were on board our March 2013 Spring Break Cruise on the Magic out of Galveston. I never thought we'd keep it, but I just booked plane tickets so it is REAL!!!!

It'll be myself, DH and twin 11-year old daughters. We're flying in from Houston on the Saturday before (Waves to fellow Houstonian I saw on here). We're on Deck 2, which is a step up! We were on Deck 1 on the Magic.

Look forward to getting to know some of you.
