We have a family of 7 going from June 4-10. What are the crowds like at this time? We have only been in Early December and it is great.

Also are there any suggestions for a park commando that will be traveling with a 4 and 6 month old and 6 other adults?

thanks

We go during this time of year (will be there June 5-11 this year). It is crowded, but managable. Take as much advantage of the Fast Pass system as you can and go into the parks with an idea of what you want to ride and a basic plan of attack. Be prepared for the heat as well. Have plenty of water to drink and make sure to plan some air conditioned attractions during the middle of the day to help cool off. We like to get to the parks early and then go back to the resort in the early afternoon for a refreshing swim and rest then return to the parks in the evening. This makes the experience much more enjoyable for everyone.

We have gone every year at that time (disney cruise this year instead) and first off if you have babies with you that young you are NOT going to be a park commando. They will be miserable and then everyone will be miserable.

The other other option would be to split up and let everyone go at their own pace. Does everyone have to be together all the time?

Take advantage of EMH and always take that afternoon break. You will need it.

Be prepared for rain. It could possibly rain every day. That is Floridas rainiest month. It normally only rains for an hour or so, but those rains could be downpours.. have the right frame of mind and you will be fine with it.

The crowds aren't too bad then.. most schools aren't out..lots and lots of Texans that time of year.

The MK is always the worst as far as crowds and the weekends can be really bad there.

Like I said... either slow down for the babies or split up.. have the right frame of mind and be prepared for rain. :)

We'll be there June 4-12. Check out TGM's good days, good times. I figure in that heat we will need all the help we can get!

... I have been in mid June, but not that exact week you are planning. Just be prepared for the heat and a thunderstorm each day. No biggie.

...I think Gay Days fall somewhere in the time frame of your visit. Conventional wisdom says to avoid MK the first Saturday of June, and don't wear red if you're not part of the festivities.

... I can't say much about the commando assistance. I am pretty much post-commando

Have a magical trip! :wizard:
