I did the Stingray encounter on CC a week after Steve the Crock Hunter died. Had an absolute blast!!! Hubby went parasailing.

We had a guy on the Panama Canal thread (Eastbound '08) who was a hoot. He had looooooong posts, and a picture for everything. He could post two full pages all by himself.
But yet it's funny, I barely got two words out of him when we met in person.

I'm still recovering from the WBTA cruise, and the stress of keeping up with that thread on a daily basis less you get 15-20 pages behind each day!

I'm happy that this thread hasn't exploded quite yet!

I honestly gave up on the PC/Repo thread. I'd take a glance every now and then, and check the first page for info, but there was no way to stay caught up.

I think this one will start moving once we're closer (and some of us are finished with our other cruises before it!) but I doubt it will get quite THAT crazy!!

Same here Stace. I think he was so busy trying to keep his family organized that he really didn't have much time. We ran into him buying some "liquid refreshments" at the Wal Mart in PV and got to gab for a while.

So this thread hasn't exploaded yet? It seems pretty active to me between here and on the facebook page for it. But then again I have only started chatting with people on the dis recently, I never did it for my previous cruises.

Right now we are planning 3 cruises with this being the last of the 3. The first one is just a 2011 3 nighter on the Dream and that thread is mainly a ghost town. lol. The second is a 7 night on the magic in January 12 and that one is chatting pretty good. Someone even started a web page for it which is really cool. It has our passenger names and stateroom numbers as well as who is participating in certain activities.

I never knew dis people were so organized! I am loving it though.

I am looking forward to this trip on the Fantasy most of all. 7 nights on one of the new ships sounds great! I am thankful that everyone on this thread seems so nice!
