June 22 - Has anyone been able to modify a resort reservation online today

Need to change my Aug 15-22 CBR to Oct 30-Nov 7. Keep getting the 7 dwarves online, I don't want to spend hours on hold if modifications aren't available yet but I'm stressing about getting the park reservations especially on Halloween. TIA!

I've been trying to call too because I would like to modify our vacation dates from July to November or December and the number I'm calling doesn't even ring!

No online modifications. You have to call.

I stand corrected. They have added a modification button in the past hour or so. It doesn't lead anywhere but it probably will eventually.

I’ve been seeing that modification button since 7am eastern. But it doesn’t work. I was able to get thru with 407WDISNEY by hitting redial about 50 times.

Online modification link disappeared for me around 11am June 22. Now it says you have to call, on call back #47, still no luck connecting.

Honestly I wouldn’t try to modify online anyway. The castmembers should be able to access the recovery offer if you can get a knowledgeable person on the phone.

Thanks to anyone that can give me an answer. We have August 2020 reservations but want to move them to next August 2021- am I able to call and do that today? Or because it is if 2021 I have to wait until the 28th?

You cannot do that for 2021 today. You can make those modifications on Wednesday of this week.

I have a 2021 reservation I need to add tickets to.

I magically got through on my 48th call directly to a CM, no time on hold. I was able to move my reservation from Aug 15-22 CBR reservation which had a fantastic Fun in the Sun rate to Oct 30-Nov 7 which had a horrible rack rate. Almost $1000 more (I did add an extra day). Oh well, now to battle getting the park reservations.

I called today. I was on hold for 1and15 minutes. I was able to change the two rooms I had at all star sports over to pop. It was for nov 14-23. They moved both rooms with no problem.

Yes it was around $200. I didnt ask if I could be moved free. They did tell me if all stars opened I could modify back at what ever the cost is.

The online modification opened up to me a bit before 2pm. I had to modify dates so switched my resort to one slated to be open then for our Nov trip. No issue doing that modification.
