THANK YOU, JUSTHAT! I was seriously hoping I wasn't stepping on your toes when you originally named this thread.

I am obsessive about the FE gifts I give, so am excited that I now have a clear direction for a theme.

As mentioned above, I am OCD when it comes to FE gifts, so have made a list of those DISer's who have posted on this thread and have included an FE by their name if they have specified that they want to participate in FE exchange. Please review this because right now I have 31 families (counting 3 from GINAMARIE) and only 10 FE families. Apologies to FABUMOUSE, the true FE organizer, if I am overstepping my bounds. Some of us who are crafty and make homemade items for FE gifts need time to work on them and need to know how many supplies to buy.

Actually, though I started the thread, I didn't make up the name. Well, my husband actually started the thread, and I highly, highly doubt he made any name.

Oh, cabin number, I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is 8514.

My mom is in her own cabin, but she won't be participating, just me, Joey, and the kids.

Also, my inlaws are supposed to be booking and will be bringing my 9yo niece, Maya, along. They'll have their own cabin too, but since they haven't booked yet, I can't tell you the number. My niece would participate (as in I'd give stuff on her behalf, but since she'd be in her own room she'd probably like to get stuff there (or at least I think, unless she stays with us...). I'll clarify that more as it gets closer.

My group is correct except that you need to add one more passenger to cabin#7. my brother and sil had a baby in December, so he will be coming too. His name is Salvatore (I know we have two Sal's- we both named our first son after our grandpa


I like "summer solstice cruise" as a theme too.

I had been meaning to ask you who the original Sal was, cause I figured he had to be related for you and your brother to have one. Henry is named after his grandfather (my dad) and would have been no matter what too.

I had been meaning to ask you who the original Sal was, cause I figured he had to be related for you and your brother to have one. Henry is named after his grandfather (my dad) and would have been no matter what too.

Yeah, my brother and I have both been very close to our grandpa, so we both wanted to use his name. Now he has two namesakes We've been calling my son "Big Sal" and my nephew "Baby Sal", but I'm sure that won't last forever.

Myself, DH and DD (10) are on this cruise. We're going up a couple of days early and staying at Pan Pacific. Got that awesome Travelzoo discount. Haven't booked airfare yet. Prices from Texas are crazy!

I'd also like to know. I am on hotels.com and am seeing the rate for the Pan Pacific as $282 per night. At that rate, I think we'd rather stay at the Days Inn for $185.

Anyone have a tip on getting a lower rate at Pan Pacific?
Also, any reviews on the Days Inn? The website actually looks quite nice.

Oh.. now I'm getting worried that I might have gotten in a bit over my head signing up for FE!
I read some other threads about it, but this being our first Disney cruise we have obviously never participated before. Maybe I misunderstood what the items are.

What kinds of gifts do you put in?
Do you put gifts for each person on the list each day?
