Anyone flying from Minneapolis to Orlando in June? We have been watching the prices which are outrageous. I don't ever remember spending over $250 on a flight from MSP to MCO. Will prices go down? We have considered taking the 8 hour drive to BMI to save $. Because of Frontier's sale it would be $472 r/t for my family of 4. What to do, what to do...

I have not been watching for orlando, but we are going to San Diego in June and th eprices have been outrageous! $270 each way. On Friday I spotted it for $180 each way on SW and snagged it. Still way higher than I ever wanted to pay, but so much better. a few hours later, it was up to $305 each way. I think the prices are just now starting to get tinkered with....maybe wait a few weeks and see what happens?

You can look at prices out of Milwaukee, too. Closer than BMI and usually Airtran has some good deals from there! Same with Chicago/Southwest..

You might want to check Allegiant flights from Grand Forks or
Fargo. They don't fly every day but sometimes have great prices.

I am trying to go from DC to LA in August (and then on to Aulani) and I was waiting for our 7 mo. DVC booking window to open so I could make our room ressies before I bought airfare. SW DID HAVE a one-way to LA for $186 but by the time I could book it went up to $285. :headache: Airfare has gone up across the board for everything since Friday the 4th and hasn't budged downward at all. It's driving me nuts!
