Me and my DS9 are coming over for our first ever trip to Disney (and to the US for that matter) from June 14-28. Needless to say, we're as excited as it's possible to be

We will be there from 06/17 - 6/29 at BCV. This our first trip as DVC members.

We will be celebrating my husband's bday at CG.

We are also very excited that we won't miss out on Star Wars weekends at MGM. I love seeing the Storm Troopers walking around. And Jedi Mickey is too cute!

We all love WDW in June. The older I get, the harder it is for me to tolerate cold weather. Just give me some sun and stormalong bay.

June 1st thru the 10th at the POP. I can't wait. I love our Disney trips. And this year we have the added joy of Star Wars Weekends.

We'll be there June 21-June 24. It is a quick trip to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. He LOVES Star Wars so we are making the trip down for the last weekend of SWW. Initially we didn't think we would return to WDW until April 2008 when our son will be 16 months old, but we found a sitter and are escaping for the weekend without the little guy (who I already know I will miss terribly!). However, my DH and I are SO excited about going down in June. We booked the room, the airfare, our limo service this past week, and we haven't stopped talking about it! Our schedule looks like this:

Thurs 6/21: Arriving around 8 p.m. at SSR (possibly BWV or BCV if our wait list comes through)--dinner at Raglan Road.
Friday 6/22: MGM for the entire day--dinner at Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian
Saturday 6/23: Magic Kingdom/Epcot--dinner at Kona Cafe at the Polynesian
Sunday 6/24: Animal Kingdom/shopping at DTD--fly back North at 7 p.m.

Hi! This is my first post - I really hope I do this right!

We'll be at ASM from June 3-8. We have a large group - me, dh, dd 5, ds 3, in-laws, aunt, and brother and sister-in-law. I'm in charge of planning (wow!). Anyone else that has been there during that time and can tell me what the crowds are like in June? I've been to the World five times total, one with kids. We went in September, though, and I while I know crowds will be worse, I'm hoping we'll miss the seriously large summer rush. Any ideas?

Jen, we will be there at the same time as you, its not horribly crowded like say the end of june and July. But take advantage of Extended hours and you will do great. Have you made your dining ressies yet?

Yes, we've made our ADRs. It was interesting, with two picky kids and a few picky adults, but I think we've found things that interest everyone. That was so much fun to plan! I actually planned it twice, since we added two people to our party just this last week. I have to say that I wish all phone operators were even 1/2 as cheerful and helpful as the people at Disney reservations. I ended up chatting with both of the ladies that made our reservations, and even got a great recomondation from Rose this last time. We're hitting three character meals (Chef Mickey's, Hollywood and Vine and Akershus Princess breakfast) and then eating at Mama Melrose the first night (so we can catch Star Wars Weekend when we first get there) and 'Ohana.

We will be there June 1-6 This is our first trip as a family, I went with my parents once back in high school, but DH has never been. My Parents are coming along this trip to see the kids reactions to the World. We are staying at ASMo, and are hopeing to the one of the Toy Story buildings. I'm the planner and they all think I'm nuts! But they will see once we are there, and be very thankfull someone took the time to read up on what to do and where to go. But this also comes with the fear, of what if someone is unhappy with what I've planned....I've about gotten over that for now anyway...hey if they don't like it they should have planned it themselves! I'm still a Newbie, so I hope I've planned well, our days look like this

Friday June 1 - Arrival Day flight arrives 9:40AM
Magic Kingdom cause the kids want to see the Castle (Ok well I do too)
8PM ADR @ Whispering Canyon-we want to take the boat of MK

Saturday June 2
Animal Kingdom - morning to early afternoon

Sunday June 3 - Mommy & Daddy Date Night!

Summer 2007 trip.
June 2nd to June 9th at Caribbean Beach Resort.

For all practical purposes, this will be our very first trip to WDW.

I've been twice: once as a kid and again while in college (both were 1 day visits to the Magic Kingdom only). Wife and kids have never been to WDW.

I've planned for a swim/rest break back at the resort every afternoon -- except maybe on AK day since that park closes early.

We ALSO will be at ASMo the same time We check in Saturday evening, 6/2 and check out Friday, 6/8. I opted for a standard room, so it's gonna be Herbie or Mighty Ducks for us, I'm sure. I hope it's not MD--kinda creeps me out actually, reminds me of Jason Voorhees

Sunday 6/3: MK--bkfst adr's at Crystal Palace and day at the park. We'll probably come back to the room early afternoon to rest and change, eat at the food court maybe then come back to MK for the fireworks.

Monday 6/4: AK--bkfst adr's at Donald's Breakfastosaurus. We'll come back early afternoon and go to DTD that night for Earl of Sandwich probably and some shopping.

Tuesday 6/5: Epcot--dinner adr's at Coral Reef

Wednesday 6/6: MGM Studios--dinner adr's at Sci-Fi and hopefully we'll catch Fantasmic! (fingers crossed)

Thursday 6/7: Back to MK--lunch adr's at CRT for daughter's birthday celebration!!!!

Friday 6/8: check out and drive back to MS
