A rental cancellation has left me with this 200 point reservation, which is a guaranteed boardwalk view. I am willing to rent this already booked reservation for $10.50 per point. If not rented by early May I will cancel and possibly bank these points.
If you wish different dates, I am willing to rent at $11 per point. I have these points available now, as well as more available after Dec 1st.
I have flexible payment deadlines and a liberal cancellation policy (the previous renter received a full refund). I have rented before and can provide references. Although I have very seldom listed on this rent board, I am a long-standing DIS member.
Please, no low-ball offers as these points can easily be banked into next year (as late as September).
