Hello!

Well we are in for one heck of a winter here I think! For the last month every weekend we have had snow, sleet, etc. We have not had one nice one. Today we are expect to have up to 7 inches of snow! I am so glad I do not have to work today. Went out this morning and did some things. I am not going out the rest of the day.
Hope everyone had a great Christmas. I know we did. Saw some friends that I have not scene in 4 years. It was Great!

I need some help, as a newie, can you please recommend/suggest where we can get trip insurance? I heard you have to get it before you pay off your cruise? I am paying it off next month!!!!

Hey, good to see you on here again! Yes, the cruise is creeping up on us... I still can't find my passport! I've got a few days to look for it so I'm not too worried! LOL
As far as trip insurance goes, last time we got ours thru AAA and I believe it was very cheap like $25 a person. I can't remember the name of the company they used but I'm sure they could tell you.

I don't think so. I just remember seeing it in a post a while back. I post them to as you can see. If they did not like it you would get a warning. I know that has happened to me. I think mine was for my picture being to big. It may be certain kinds to (like travel).

I just said to my DH that I have to post to see how my fellow CA cruisers are doing! When I went to post I saw the post from you. I just got done reading about the weather out by you. I know we have the resources to handle that here. But in CA you are not ready for it. Hope all is well.

Flo, Huerita and I are in the southern end of California along the coast so all we got was some wind and lots of rain. I do feel for the north eastern Californian's as they got dumped with lots of rain and snow and some are still without power... but we are ok down here in Southern CA. In fact, the sun is shining as I type and the temp is about 60* although we are due for a little more rain, it should not be anything like what we had over the weekend... I do worry for the folks that live near the parts where the wildfires were in October as with all the rain they will be facing mudslides! But we are fine down here. Thanks for thinking of us.

I just have to share our BIG NEWS... my DSIL will be coming home from Iraq next month! His "window" is the second week in Feb so that make it 4 weeks from today... We are SO happy and excited... I can not wait for him to see his baby.. she has grown so much, she is crawling now and has 4 teeth!...

She was only 12 weeks old when he kissed her goodbye ...

When he gets home she will be almost 10 months old!

Oh yes, you will meet him, he will be part of our sailing party.

The picture of Lily by the tree is at Downtown Disney. It was hard getting that shot because Brandy kept jumping in the picture each time Lily blinked.. she was afraid she would fall off the boxes. But Lily must have known she was in peril because she stayed pretty still.

Some people are VERY talented (not me) but we'll have fun chatting and looking at each others pages and get lots of ideas from everyone. You bring 5 you take 5, etc.

FISH EXTENDERS – We will be putting little surprises in them through out the cruise. Like, buttons, pencils, stickers, etc. To know who is in our DIS group, use the DIS Navigator that Sandy will compile for the Mickey Door Tag
