I have never been to Old Town. It looks like a cool place! But staying there doesn't sound too safe.

Instead of placing an order with Garden Grocer, we decided to buy a few groceries ourselves. I, personally, would have preferred to just place the order but Mama likes to grocery shop (I know! What's wrong with her?). We bought some breakfast items, milk, water, cokes and a few other items. When we left the store, the thunder clapped again and we hotfooted it to the van again.

My mom loves grocery shopping too! I despise it! Maybe it is a generational thing?? We have a mega sized Kroger here with everything imaginable and when my mom comes to visit she says "I want to go to grocery heaven"!

Morning everybody!

The wedding was beautiful as was the reception!

Lacey, in true, McBride fashion, ditched the shoes about half way through the ceremony. Everybody thought it was the cutest thing ever and, it was. I surprised myself and didn't cry very much. I usually boo-hoo at the smallest of things. We made it back home last night at 9:09 p.m. and we are all pooped! If we can make it through this work week and this weekend (the Louisiana reception), I think we'll be fine.

I'm at my desk right now and trying to play a little catch-up. But, ya'll know me, I have my camera with me and, hopefully, I can look at some of the wedding pictures I took and post a few for you guys to see. I didn't take any during the ceremony since there was a videographer and a photographer there. Believe you me, I wanted to take my camera in but couldn't figure out how to hide it since I wasn't carrying a purse down the aisle.

Talk with ya'll a little later! (That is, if I don't fall asleep on my desk first. )
