Wow, starting to plan a wedding killed me in May. But now it's June, I've almost chosen a wedding venue, and I'm ready to start again!

I'm still convalescing, so I'll go for 300 this month (20 min x 15 days)

Everyone is getting off to a great start!

We have 38 participants so far! That's awesome.:cool1:

I ran 6 miles today and walked another mile, so I am at:

My back is very unhappy with me, so it might be a long week!

Mowed the yard for 30 min and did The Firm Cardio Sculpt for an hour (yes, I'm stuck at least a decade behind in exercise DVDs! I'm too cheap to buy the new popular ones.)

30 min mostly jogging!! (that's quite awesome for me!!)
