I had to change my plans, and according to the website booking, there are no rooms left at Movies, Music, Sports. I even tried moderates.

Are there usually differences between that availability on the site and the CM's on the phones?

It can be worth it to keep trying. Cancelations can happen at any time. Call CRO and keep trying.

The website isn't on a "live" system like CRO is....or, I'm under that impression anyway. I've checked the website a couple of times for things that showed up as unavailable but I was able to book over the phone. Just make the phone call...and keep trying.

it stands for Central Reservations Office....if you are a Disney Club member you can use the 800 number on the back of your card. If it states that it is Disney Travel, just ask them to switch you to CRO. If you are not a member you can call 1-407-W-DISNEY (934-7639).

Are you trying to get the Fairy Tale Vacation Package? If so, please know that the online engine is reporting that there are no rooms available for any date at any resort for the FT package. Disney is working on the problem, but says for now, you have to call.

BTW, the engine is "live" just as CRO and WDTC are. However, there are some discrepancies between the two. I have been able to book rooms/packages over the phone when the online system says there's no availability, and I've also been able to get certain things online when the "over the phone" route didn't work.

for CRO! I'm in for the fairytale package. I'm so happy, it's unreal. AP rates woulda done me no good, and I couldnt take the chance to wait on public codes to come out.

Goes to show, like the above people said, don't only trust the online system. It seemed she quite a few rooms, as I was even asked out of ASM ASSp, and which view I wanted. happy!
