Well, I'm not being consistent but I am getting out and doing more than normal. Here is the last week.
Wed July 16 - Walk 2 miles / 1/2 hour
Friday July 18 - Walk 2 miles / 1/2 hour
Saturday July 19 - Hike 2 miles / 1 hour (rough terrain)
Monday July 21 - High Ropes 6 hours - don't know if this counts for anything - I am a high ropes instructor and spent 6 hours in the trees with girls age 10-18 - first you climb a cargo net, then run between elements helping girls transfer their lines (if they aren't tall enough), I also ended up having to belay a girl down that just couldn't go on. It is a big upper body workout.

But another 50 minutes of Pilates and foam rollering--so a total of 1 hour.

I also signed up for the Nike+ Human Race 10K on 8/31. Anyone interested, go to nikeplus.com/humanrace and sign up there. You can do it virtually in your own area or join a place where members are running. I have the Nike+ sensor already and the nano attachment, now I just have to find my last pair of Nike+ sneaks which I think DD13 took from the donate box!!
