Hello fellow Disers. I've been toying at the idea for a few years now about writing my very own trip report but up until this point it's been just a thought. After reading everyone else's trip reports I figured this is THE YEAR that I get in on some action as well........
Tonight my husband brought me our "journal" from our 2009 trip - where he was reading some excerpts and we were reminiscing about the wonderful time we had. We took such good notes, I can't believe I didn't do a trip report then.......
Anyhow, this PTR will be for our upcoming trip.............which wasn't supposed to have happened............I'll start here with introductions:
This is me: Dalyn - full time employee, mom, Avon Representative, Independent Insurance Agent, student, computer repair person, housekeeper, chauffer, JACK OF ALL TRADES.....
I grew up "DISNEY" and made four trips to the world during my childhood......and now, even as an "adult" I still get "that feeling" walking down Main Street, USA.
This is my husband, Jonathan. The yin to my yang, my best friend, my sugar daddy, my baby daddy, my high school sweetheart. Jonathan NEVER went anywhere as a child. When I met him in high school, he had never even been to OLIVE GARDEN, much less out of the state of TEXAS!!!! I finally whined enough about missing Disney and for our 8th anniversary in March 2006 he, being the bestest husband ever, bought us 10 day park hopper passes with the waterpark, fun and more option. Once I got those tickets and took him for the very first time in September 06 (FREE DINING) we've been back EVERY year since..........
Next we have "Goofy" (but for some reason his birth certificate says Jordan
). He is 12 years old now and big into sports......Our last two trips to Disney were in September 08 & 09 but since he'll be playing 7th grade football this year we had to move our trip up to July.
