Hi, how have the queues at WDW / or Universal studios been in July please? (I'm booked to go next year 2.7.13 for 3 weeks :)).

Hiya :wave2:

Have you thought of subscribing to a touring plan site? I have WDW touring plans
http://touringplans.com/
They are good to plan which park to visit and which to avoid. They only cost a few pounds. I was just looking at the current wait times for today and in the main they all look pretty good, obviously with the odd exception.:)

Some of the rides are over an hour wait, especially the main attractions at WDW. Last night test track was 90 min wait and this was at 9pm.

In the middle of the day the E Ticket rides at WDW were always over an hour.

Get in early and do those first is the best way or wait till late at night.

The week over 4th of July will be worse. Checking the MDE App that week the E Tickets were all in excess of 90 min lines.

We are not long back and have to say the stand-by queues were pretty horrendous in the middle of the day.

No idea how much the new FP+ system will affect things next summer though but can only recommend that you get to the park before rope drop and fast-pass as much as you can - we managed to do everything we wanted no bother- also BTMRR and Splash were walk-ons later in the evenings.

We stayed at a Universal resort for 1 night for their front of the line passes and bought easy queue at BG (both well worth the money if you can manage it)
