I feel your pain. Im having some foot pain myself - not post-workout soreness, more like "could turn into a minor injury" so better take a rest day and aim for tomorrow" type of pain. I was on a three runs per week streak and now I'm going to blow it! Maybe ill ice and elevate for a bit and see how it feels later.
