15 minutes of lap swimming today. Wow that is exhausting. I was going to do 30 minutes but quit after 15 because I have a long run planned for tomorrow morning and didn't want to wipe myself out.

Swimming is SOOO good for you - doesn't kill your joints but lets you get a good hard workout. I miss it (swam in high school). But yes, it wipes you out nice and quick ;)
 
Joined a running club - nice folks, lots of levels (7 minute milers thru walkers). 3/1 intervals for 3.3 miles this morning. Then another 2 miles later with my daughters soccer team.

Conditions were horrible for a run today. I should have listened to my body and cut my long run short. Instead I slogged through the last 4 miles of a run that felt like torture. After a couple of cooler days, today was a killer.
 
40 min cardio DVD and core work.

We leave for vacation tomorrow afternoon so I'm trying my first ever run-before-work run tomorrow morning. I HAVE to get it in thanks to wine and dine training so I'm glad for the motivation. Starting in August I'm going to have to start getting in early runs too, it's just getting too hit and humid.
