Finished up yesterday with an hour rock climbing, and added another hour rock climbing and an hour WERQ class today...

I had 90 minutes doing bridge to 10k and then some on the treadmill yesterday.

Today, I went to an official running store and got new shoes!!!! We're at a hotel, but I took my kiddos to the gym and did a mile and a half in my new shoes for 20 minutes.

Total of 110 minutes for both days.
