I sooo did not want to get up this morning when that alarm went off at 5:45! But I got up and ran then walked with my girlfriend. I am now at 452/1000.
 
Ugh. I have just been a slug. I'm dropping my goal to a number that I have a chance of completing - otherwise I'll be tempted to just say the heck with it. :guilty:

Here's what I've managed so far this month:
7/2 - 40 mins - dance and walk
7/5 - 80 mins - strength and cardio
7/7 - 60 mins - cardio
7/9 - 60 mins - cardio/hill climb
240/1400
 

Hmmm I may need to adjust my made up number. I am now at 561/1000. Maybe when I reach 1000 I'll just see how many minutes I actually do so next month I can have a more realistic goal. But I am having fun keeping track!
 
I've been doing better than I expected but I'm really trying hard because I know a 'certain week' out of the month is horrendous so I'm trying to make up for future slacking!!

I've had 8 good work out days out of 11!

At 784/1000. Still need to walk the dog today so will get an extra 30 or so. My walking partner has totally bagged on me for the rest of the month. What's funny is during the school year I'm always bailing on her. Guess turn around is fair play! :lmao:
 
Off to update. I've REALLY been struggling lately. Very bummed about weight - GAINED 5+lbs after 5 days of weights and it won't budge - among other things.

But, I'm trying to get my focus back. Just frustrated as we all get.

Looks like we are all moving!! Keep it up!!

TOTALLY understand where you are at, Julie. I'm struggling with food so have been doing killer workouts (so sore today I can hardly move!) but the weight is not budging. :guilty:

I've got to stick to my meal plan and eat more lean protein.
 
Am at 1448. It'd be fun to make it to 1500 but don't know if that will happen. Hmmm maybe
