July/August Rental - When to Book?

We are flying into MCO on July 25 for an offsite convention for 5 nights. We will then be moving onto Disney property for a split stay between OKW and BCV. We are looking to rental a minivan from when we arrive for at least 10 days, until the day we switch from one resort to the other on Saturday August 4, maybe longer if we got a good rate. When will we start seeing good rates? What would be a good rate for a 10+ day rental of a minivan? We are flying home on Friday August 10 and have no problem using ME at the end of the trip to get back to the airport. Thanks for your help!

Two weeks before your trip is when you will find the best rates. That is because car rental companies will release the last minute rates for the time period you will be traveling

I doesnt hurt to start looking around June and look several times as the prices will go up and down all the way to your dates. Book when you find a rate you like and most companies let you change cancel up to a few days before the car rental.
