and another.

Both should have transparent backgrounds. Please feel free to use them in the banners if you wish.

That looks fantastic!!!!

Maybe someone could do a better job. I used GIMP to add the Viking Mickey and used the clone tool to wipe out the remnants of the Pirate Mickey. I also could not get it to the right size for our signatures (I tried but either it is too big or too small)

OMGosh yeah!!!! :cool1:

Thanks for the new banner! I love it.

Question - I used the link from Crissup to put it in my sig - but is that going to eat up your bandwidth, Crissup? Is there a better way to add the img to my sig?

Not yet. I've sent all of our reservation numbers to Kelsie at D.U. and she pass them on to DCL and linked them for dinner. There's plenty of time so I'm sure things will work out.

John,
. . . . .
Have you heard if you got main seating yet for dinner?:confused3

When you go to edit your signature, place your cursor where you want the image, then click on the little yellow mountain peak toolbar icon (insert image). It will prompt you for the url. I then paste over the "http:" that there since the url I copied already has it.

Make sense?

Am I doing something wrong? I am trying to add this fantastic banner to my signature. Cutting and pasting the URL and all i get is the URL...no banner. I am not what you would call computer savvy!!! Help please!!!!!????:confused3

THANK YOU!!!!!:worship:

hooray for me!!!:rotfl: This only makes me more excited about our trip.

I am really looking forward to meeting all of you!!!!!!

is that going to eat up your bandwidth, Crissup?

Nah. It's only 13KB and once a user has downloaded it once, it's in their browser cache. So, even if it's displayed on the page 15 times by 4 different people, any given user reading this thread would most likely only download it once a day.

I'm on a cable modem and I'm sure my mail server is probably making a bigger dent in my bandwidth than this is. ;)

We had main dining on the Med Cruise and I know that there was at least one night (maybe more) where they shifted the dining times to start later because of the late returns from the ports. And they were great about if you showed up late to still get you served quickly.

As UGARXDAWG said, we had late dinning on the Med Cruise. Our experience with this was the lack of or mis-communication. The first night they pushed diner back without telling us ahead of time. The second time they got the time wrong and kept pushing us back. I think we were eating desert sometimes at 10:30 at night. I hope they have this all worked out for this trip.

Ohhh and our tree is up, decorated and lights are on the house. My wife started a week ago Sunday (the 2nd of November). her and the girls brought the tree up while I was napping. I refused to bring the tree up - saying it was too early. :)

If we weren't going on the Christmas cruise this year, we wouldn't have gotten our tree up yet - but since we are and since the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas is just four weeks this year, we wanted to have time to enjoy it. The decorations are still in the attic - but hopefully we'll get them down by the weekend. I'd like the boys to decorate the tree before we leave for t'giving so when we get back it will be all done.

Hi

Is that why u put Xmas tree early because of Thankgiving?

I always put up xmas on 1st Dec or last day in November lol

We always wait to put up a tree. First, we use a live tree. It would be dead or very close to it if we put it up around Thanksgiving. Our floor is travertine so I don't have to worry about pine needles in the carpet. Secondly, Jack's birthday:cake: is 12/7 so we don't really want the tree up before this. Try to keep the 2 dates separate occasions. Hard enough having the 2 so close togeher. On the other hand, I will be nagging Stacey to put up the outside lights the day after Turkey day and to try to be done before Sunday. Although I love the smell of fresh Christmas trees, I would love to buy one of those 8-9 foot prelit babies. In my "old age" I get tired of trying to string 100s (12 strings of 150) of lights on an 8-9 foot tree. Takes an entire day. OCD...every branch needs lights. UGHH!! That and live trees are really expensive when they are that big. :scared1: I am jealous of all of you with the prelit "looking like the real thing" trees.;)

We normally put our tree up the weekend of Thanksgiving. But since this year we're sailing on DCL leaving on the 20th, we didn't want to just have barely three weeks to enjoy it.

Of course last year we didn't get it down til Valentine's day (oops). I was going to string hearts on it, and then maybe clovers for St. Patrick's day, and flags for Independence Day and pumpkins for Halloween and turkeys for Thanksgiving so I wouldn't have to take it down :)

ROFLOL! :rotfl:

Yeah!!!!!!:yay: Going to see the Christmas fireworks at Disneyland on Saturday. Debating whether or not to spend the night. I love Disneyland at Christmas. HMH and IASMH are the best!!

We are actually going to try late dining with this cruise. Usually we do the main dining becasue of my diabetes and the need to eat to take my meds. We were so rushed on the med crusie with the main dining that we don't want that to happen again. We figured I could get a snack when we got back to the ship and everything would be ok.

Were putting Christmas decorations up this weekend and doing some baking. I'm looking forward to the holidays especially spending christmas aboard the magic. I'm definetly ready for a break from work.

Lissa

Have any of you used google-docs before? I read on another thread about a group that is using it for managing their get togethers, fish extenders, locators, etc. etc. etc. and wondered if any of you have experience with it?
