July 4th Activities??

[Fort Mad Man]

Heading up to The Fort for July 4th week. Would like to know what activities they will have that day/week. I heard there is a golf cart parade, would like to know what time and where. Also, do they have a celebration at the beach area for the fireworks like they do for New Years?

Thanks Bama Ed. This is not good news. We have been there on Halloween and loved the GC parade. We were looking forward to the July 4th GC parade, what a bummer! I guess I'll decorate my cart and do my own GC Parade

Maybe that is what Disney is hoping for... That the guests just take care of it themselves.

Wasn't that a similar thing with the ToT during Halloween?

If you are looking for a GC parade and no SANCTIONED one is listed ask those that have decorated theirs if there is an UNSANCTIONED one on tap and what time? We were there in early Dec one year and a group that came in all decorated their cart for their own parade

There is still a parade!!! I just signed up for it, #100 Paper says to line up at 4:30.
