July 30, 2010 Mickey's Adventures England to Espana Cruise

Hey!!
Everyone!

It is like Tigger weather here : a few days of 80's temp and not it is high of near 40-45 temp and cold and rain, rain, rain. Crazy weather up down up down, just like Tigger.:tigger: :rotfl: :rotfl:

You all are not going to believe this but we are booked for a 7 night western DCL for this June and we got a great deal on a Cat 12 so we are going and guess what there are 38 other GYT Cat 12's that we know of for this date!! So I know we will get a Cat 11 for sure but having so many Cat 12's maybe we will even get a Cat 9 with port holes? But like I said it is a really really good deal!! So I think that is why so many have booked it.;)

That sounds great, I checked into one in July and it was pricey........

Yep, that is the thing it goes and comes like magic ( I am not kidding) I haven't really checked July but for us June 13th it still goes and comes and it is hard to catch and it is only for a Cat.12 ( for us 4 we are only paying about $2600.00!!) Yepi!! :cool1:
But if you look at the Cat 11 is the price is $6,000.00!!:scared:

I think Disney is having trouble with booking this year and we may see more of these kind of prices but they go and come???:wizard:

That's fantastic! As long as you won't be disappointed if you don't get the portholes, I think you can believe that you have a good shot at one . . .

We were booked in a cat 9 for the Med in 2007, then they came out with the fantastic cat 12 GTY rates and we were able to do the Med AND the transAtlantic for the same price I had for just the one cat 9 Med . . . then when we got our cabin assignment, we were in secret porthole rooms on deck 5 . . . and then for the transAtlantic we were upgraded again to a cat 8 . . . so it is possible! Good luck:yay:

We are doing a 7 night eastern at the end of the summer in a cat 5 . . . :thumbsup2

WOW that is cool!! See at least I know it is possible.:)

We have always stayed in Cat 6 or Cat 5 's so yes this will be different to say the least, but the last time we went my mom had a cat 11 right near us and so for the 1st time I saw and even spent one night in it and it really was just fine.:) We are not in the a cabins that much so I like that we can do this trip and spend lots less money.:) So if we end up inside that is fine because the price is so good but also if we end up getting a port hole that would be really cool to see what that is like!!! So either way we are fine.:)

Welcom Aboard!!! I live in St. Augustine, Florida. This will be our 3rd Disney Cruise. We were also on a Med Cruise in 2007. The Magic docks only 120 south of us, you would think we would sail more often.

St. Augustine, Florida is home to the Florida School for the Deaf. The campus is beautiful and set up like a college for children from very small to 19 years old. Ray Charles the singer went to school here. American Sign Language is also taught in the Public Schools in St. Augustine as a second language.

We are very much looking forward to the Cruise:yay:

I'm sorry, what week did you sail the Med?

We sailed on the June 16 2007 11 night Med cruise. It was wonderful and am looking forward to doing another Med cruise with Disney in the future. Hope that a later one will include Greece.

I would also love to sail to Greece on a Disney Ship especially after watching Mamma Mia. The Greek Islands look awesome!!! I also hope that Disney has a Hawaii trip at some point. Maybe to tie in with the new resort. I have only been to Hawaii once and would love to go back.

We sailed on July 18th on the 10 night cruise.

Hi

We sailed on that Cruise on same times as you!! It was awesome!!

We were at first seat. Did you came to meet disboards on first day? Also did you see two an interpreters on the show?

Hello Linda

That is lovely story...

That is good ASL taught in the Public Schools can be helpful...

We use British Sign Languages and my husband can used ASL but I am trying my best with ASL... I find it a bit hard... I can speak and lip reading too..
