Our family is so excited....we are traveling with 17! We are trying to find good flights from NY too.....Anyone book yet? What airlines - any deals? We are debating flying into seattle and taking a rental car...but are worried about the border crossing

Any suggestions? How are you getting to the port?

We're not doing FE since our DD is 13, but we're in 6511. Feel free to drop off extra sweet treats or candy! Or $. We take that too.

What does your DD being 13 have to do with not doing a FE (especially if you like candy. lol)?

I probably have more fun coming up with the gifts and distributing them than my DS9 does receiving them.

My son and I will on this cruise. We love the Disney Cruises, as a single mom it's been great because we both have our own fun time together as well as separately. It wil be our 7th Disney Cruise! We are also DVC members

I first heard about the FE last year but did not participate. We are interested in participating this year. Question: What if our room number changes before the cruise?

Also, I am new to this thread. How do you guys customize your posts?

If your room number changes before you leave just let everyone know here on the thread. If your room number changes AT THE PORT....usually DISers will put a "room change" form on one persons door where you could let people know. You hoping for an upgrade??

There really aren't any FE rules. Just deliver SOMETHING to everyone on the list.

This is our first ever cruise and we are ridiculously excited. We have not told our DS7 and DS8 that we are going and we've scheduled our character call to coincide with our departure for the pier. We're anxiously awaiting our date to start booking our excursions and Palo. There seems to be so much to learn - where do you start?

I noticed from reading the posts that many of you are planning on spending a few days in Vancouver. We lived there for 3 years, so if you have any questions about where to go and what to do, feel free to ask!

Hi! Would love suggestions on places to eat. We are planning on going to Stanley park, Grouse Mountain, the suspension bridge. We will be staying at Pan Pacific. Just looking for causal or no dress up places to eat. Also wondering if t is necessary to exchange money ahead of time or if we could just do that at a bank in Vancouver if necessary. I heard we might need Canadian money for public transportation.

I am getting materials together to make my Fish Extender. Can anyone give me any info on where folks got the Disney Logo and the letters on their fish Extender?

Also, I once saw a video somewhere on this website on how to make magnetic Disney ears to put on your door, but I can't find it anymore. If you can post the link I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Just a bookkeeping note. On the FE list, 6622: Mackenzie, 7, is a girl, therefore DD rather than DS. Sorry if there was a typo on my part initially. Not that it really matters, unless someone was planning FE gifts that are gender-specific. Thanks.
