July 28, 2007 - Romeancing the Mouse in the Med Cruise Reunion thread!

Dinner is fine with me -- and I think Helen and Dave would love to see Tavern on the Green -- maybe even followed by a carriage ride through Central Park at night with the lights of the city twlnkling around . . . and of course they have steak -- Helen, look at the menu here and let me know what you think:

It's not inexpensive, but quite a spectacular place to eat . . . there is a pre-theatre dinner menu that we could get if we got there before 6:30 (which I think we could) but no steak on that one . . . anyway, the link to the menus is at the top.

That looks great and it's a place we haven't been. Can Dave order from the regular dinner menu if we do the pre-theatre menu?

BTW, I think Sallie is visiting Izzie during this date. I think I remember reading that at some point.

First I want to say "Thank You" to the dearest friends anyone could ever have. No one could ever imagine what the past months have been like. It has been like one terrible night mare and I can't wake up. Garry's last words to me were "I'll be back in a minute,"and that was as he left the motel room to do I don't know what. This has been the longest minute of my life.


All of your cards and emails have been of such great support.

Tomorrow my son and I are going back to Parkersburg to the hospital for a Memorial service for Garry and others. On July 8 Jasmine and I are flying to South Carolina to our daughters until the 25th. Jasmine is now a registered service dog, so she flies free on my lap. While I am at my daughter's Lynnise and Dianne are coming to visit. Right after I return home Jan and Howie are coming.

Garry and I had planned to come to New York this summer and I do so want to see Helen and Dave. Please know that I will be thinking of all of you as I have my own little mini reunion!

Thank you all again for everything. You are the greatest friends, but then we always said Disney Cruise have the most wonderful people.

Hi We leave home on July 17th and arrive on the 18th.

We go to NY on the 24th.
