Well, I see the boards are finally slowing down. The household is finally quiet and I may be able to go to sleep before 2 am! :thumbsup2 We shall see.

Just called my WAMU bank to notify them of out of country possible usage and they told me that addition to a $2.00 ATM withdrawal fee, if I use the debit card as a purchase then I'm charged a 1% amount of purchase fee. :scared1:

Then I look on the back and I don't see a plus system. My BofA has it but not WAMU. Now I have to go and check if my little old busines/personal account has a debit card for me and if they are on the plus system.

Andrew, Helen or any other International friend. Did I read right in that only the Plus system works over there? Please tell me that the Star system is also accepted?

.

These are ATM cash machine networks and they do work in Europe as well as Mestro, Visa and Mastercard, - American express is in major places but due to high processing charges not always accepted.

I want to print out some navigators to look over before the cruise. Do you think there will be many changes to the 5/26 ones? Or should I wait until a later 11 day?

I think they will give you a good idea, DCL is very slow to change things unless they really didnt work, the star guests and speakers might well be different.

PALOS

Thank you everyone for your responses.

The good news is everyone responded so I know all your details, revised where nessersary, and hopfully DCL will confirm within seven days by next Wednesday.

Bad new the is a table limit and I have a waitlist which clearly exceeds the table size, I know about, I will be in correspodance with DCL, part one hopfully we get it, they still have never said 'No' and if someone else was interested I think they should have, then if we get the green light, I will have to see how many can go, but beoing there before I think its 14, poss 1/2 more.

Cool! :thumbsup2 Can't beat FREE and DELIVERY TOO! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Oh, I'm so bored - anyone out there who wants to help me waste time?
I have people staying with us this weekend and I'm having a BBQ/Party for DD softball team - what am I thinking when I hear myself say - "oh, why don't you stay at our house for the weekend - we have plenty of room" and "oh, let's have a team BBQ at our house"?
Now I have to clean - which is probably the one thing I hate more than grading papers - yuck!! We live on a gravel road so the dust is ridiculous and I don't do it often enough so it is really dusty. Then it makes me sneeze when it gets all moved around. I hate it I tell you, I hate it!! The only thing I actually get satisfaction from is getting the bathrooms cleaned - I love a clean bathroom - don't really care about the rest of it
Well, that's enough wasting of time.

Leslie, you must be my other twin. For some reason - I'm not a very good housekeeper either. But when I clean, I deep clean and that's what the kids hate. I even get on my hands and knees and 'mop' the floors in the bathroom. I have tiny ones except for my master so its not really all that. But I do have to clean the toilet, the caulking ring, the baseboard, the mirror, beat the rugs (which the kids find hilarious for some crazy reason) and wipe down the walls, etc. Once that is done, then I can sit down and feel as if I accomplished something! But I don't have the same attn to detail in the kitchen. That is too weird! :confused3

Forgot to mention - I got my reservations for the tower. I got 6 for the 3:40 on Saturday, August 4 which is when we're supposed to be there. 3:30 only had 3 available.
I'm assuming that you can't take cameras as the small print had a comment on a hold baggage room.. Darn - phone ringing - ooops - hung up on them.

Anyway, got our reservations. Just a reminder - no one under the age of 8 is allowed to climb the tower.

Darn - phone is back

Could someone please remind me where the navigators are posted..thanks

Here is a great site: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/cruise-new/cr-stateroom-navigator.htm

yes, I am doing bits and pieces - did master bath pretty well, dusted main floor and vacuumed part of it. I'll do more later and then tomorrow is "power cleaning" upstairs with my kids (boy are they gonna hate me:laughing:  )

Hi all! I just had a question for those of you who have cruised with Disney before. We werent able to get Palo reservations online (:( ) Is it possible to get any reservations once we are the ship? If so, do we need to be there as early as possible?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My mom is almost heartbroken that she might not get to eat there.

Thanks :)

Will the post office just give them to you? Or are they only free when you are mailing something?

You can just grab priority mail supplies off the rack and take them with you. The tubes are less common to find locally though, but it will depend on your post office.

Yes, but you will need to be early at the port and aim to be some of the first people on the ship, so check in 10.30am board 12 noon, go stright to the location taking Palos bookings and book there and then, they keep some back for people without internet.

I had this PM today, one of many!!!!

Ok so check-in starts at 10:30am then? Will they be able to tell me at check-in exactly where I need to go to book Palo?

Found a special order form for TP for Med trips.

The tag is too funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cloud9:  :woohoo:

What a witty Tag Fairy!!!! And very appropriate!:thumbsup2

Well, it has been over a year and maybe what ever the noise was then has gone away---we can hope! On this trip we will be so busy and so tired when we get ready for bed we won't hear any noise!!:thumbsup2
I agree.

I'm going to wait a bit. With all the printouts (just of our 1st page), it will definiately put me over the luggage limit!!!!!
Your Vacation begins in 36 Days

Andrew, you have no idea how I look forward to this and this makes my day, Thank you!

You go right to Palo. Earlier cruisers said that when they boarded they all had to go up to the 9th floor. Palo's is there so make sure you get right on the line that's sure to form. Good luck!
