Just dont mentions M&S to me - I still haven't got all my money back they took out of my bank! I wrote to them Monday and added this paragraph that my brother who is a solicitor suggested..

I acknowledge the receipt of the cheque in the sum of £47on account of the sum outstanding. The sum now owing is £69. Unless we can resolve the matter amicably in 7 days, then I feel I have no alternative but to issue proceedings in Sunderland County Court for the sum due. Which will be served upon your registered office in due course.



I am waiting to hear if this has done the trick

Met, too. I was a Webelo. But gave up shortly after losing the pine wood derby. Suffice to say I didn't earn the good sportsmanship badge. Stupid pine derby car!

Andrew, I've got my fingers and toes x for the brunch!

I have been out shopping again - I really need to get a grip, but I cant resist a bargain. (Its a good job Daves away )

I also got a strippy red and white vest top - to wear on pirate night -so I think Im sort Joann

Ditto for us on the brunch. And I found a nice and simple tee with skull and crossed swords image for pirate night. I do not get along with horizontal stripes.

Okay, I'll ketchup more later.

There was a group of people leaving a local night club, a fight disagreement started, the brother of the man who was murdered was involved, so this man went back to help out his brother and was attacked.

No weapons at all, he was taken to hospital and died later, He was to get married later this year.

Why???

No weapons? That must have been some fight. How sad.

Had the fastest car around during the trials, but on the final test run before the actual competition it hit a block and the "axle" bent a bit, so it lost the first race.

I don't recall how upset I was, but as consolation we left early and my dad took me to the cinemadome in Hollywood (about an hour away) to see 2001 A Space Odyssey.

Well, that was a life changing experience if there ever was one - I trace my serious interest in technology and science fiction to that day.

Ouch! I remember DH&DS sanding that car for days..... I think that DS won that year. Wow, talk about a blast from the past. Wasn't it just yesterday......
