This time tomorrow I wil be on Explorer of the Seas . . . fairly close to muster drill time, I believe. We sail away at 5, and apparently almost clip the underside of the Verrazano bridge as we head out past the Statue of the Liberty. I've never been to Bermuda, so hope the weather is good, then St. Martin, St. Thomas, San Juan, 4 days at sea, back June 17. I'll be sure to try the rock climbing wall and ice skating!

Enjoy, it will be good, ensure you go on the 'TEA MAKING' course, I am told its very good, it will help you in the summer in the MED.

Very hot water, Tea Bag, ( don't forget a cup,) some milk , and lots of stirring, keep stirring.!

You are JR are now BOTH going to get it . . .

I seem to remember from our last cruise that families were able to procure cases of drinking water for their cabin. Can anyone reply to me how I can take care of this. I cannot remember the process. I must be having a senior moment.:cool1:

They sell it through room service or on my last cruises often at the disembarkation part, someone near security selling it.

There are variious drinks packages, soda and water are some.

One of the other med cruisers mention that there are forms in your cabin that you can fill out an order. But I would think you could just phone or talk to your cabin steward to get the purchase in.

Just use the stateroom phone for ROOM SERVICE, you can pre order if you wish, but could buy some before you get on the cruise, and fill up at Deck 9 in the same bottles?????

Found the details of the route:-

The port facility is shown highlighted, with the conventional route of ships entering via the Narrows and the Kill Van Kull around Staten Island

I understand that the London production had some troubles at first where they actually cast Eliza Doolittle in the Producers (Nathan Lane) part. They had already printed up the revised cast album before someone got wise. Fortunately, I was able to get a copy. Some of the songs include:

Why can't the English, learn to act?
Wouldn't it be Broadaway
I'm an ordinary man (the unemployed actor song)
Just you wait (for cheap tickets, just you wait)
My pain's a Sprain
They made me dance all night
Ascot Gavotte (what the ?*@$# is a Gavotte)
On the Street Where you Sleep
The Embassy Parking Ticket Waltz
He did it!
Show me (no me! no me! ok, show him...)

I expect it will pull a nice bid on Ebay...

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I did not know that you do not do Wedding Showers.....how interesting

April showers and all the other months come to think of it but no we don't do wedding showers (well unless you count the ones where the bride needs an umbrella)

Yes, I've seen pictures where it looks as though you will hit the bottom of the bridge if you are on the top deck -- should be fun!
