Back from page 4 - Hard to believe there aren't a few more people on this cruise.

Well Ken that means that we will have the ship all to our selves we can eat at Palos all day long

So are you starting to get all jazzed about the Med cruise....how many days till count down

Wow you will be gone for a long time. What is the date you leave and get back. Are you going to come on line and say "HI"

Maybe when you get back there will be some more cruisers on this thread. My other cruise is only got a few also and one is cancelling. They will come as we get closer. But I must say that as busy as DCL and DVC was the first day of opening bookings I am also surprises that there are not more posters. The other sates have tons of people, looks like we picked the off cruise dates. But you won't catch me cruising any earlier. I like it warm not cold like in May and June.

Cant wait to hear about your Med trip.

By the way DL trip was fun but 10 y.0 got Flu or something and stayed in Hotel room the whole time with me or my 13 y.o. !3 y.o loved hanging out in the room ...guess he has had to much Disney...is that posible
my niece and I did the Parks while checking back with boys every 1/2 hr by phone and hour and half back at room. We stayed at the GrandCalifornia and that is a beautiful Hotel and if DVC builds villas there than we will buy more pts to be owners.

Only 35 days to go for the Med trip. Should be great. I've made about 500 name badges between the Repo and the first Med cruise. I hope to check the threads from time to time.

Sounds like alot of fun and sure wish that we were going. Can't wait to see what DCL has in store for us with the new ships

Hey, we'll be joining you for Palos. I have been trying to keep up with the B2B crossing and first med cruise. the posts are increasing as the cruise nears. I am hoping we get a few more on our cruise because I would like to make a "campaign style" button for the 10th anniversary for DCL and make enough to give one to everyone on the ship! I might need some help with the project. Alex and Carolyn

Its baseball season so we've been busy with that and we have some other trips coming up before the cruise that's taking my attention....but you all are not forgotten

Nothing mush on this end. Still waiting to get those pt values from DVC for the cruise, they are sure taking there sweet time about it.

Not musch longer and you will be on your way to the Med. Sure wish it was sme. Waiting till next summer seems sooooo long even though I know it will go fast.

Well everyone, how have you all been. Busy I'm sure like me. The weather here is nice today so feel like doing some spring cleaning...Fin....Not!!!

I've read on other threads that the points are available but you have to call DVC. You might want to give that a try.

This has been edited....you are correct the pts have aparentally have been realesed but is yet to be posted on the DVC sight, why that is I don't know.

The pts are high however... will call in the afternoon to DVC tomorrow and see what is up. WE are staying in a Cat 6 and it is 436 pts for that per adult acording to another poster on that thread.

Well we may be cancelling our July 20th cruise due to pts being so high and cash value being worse. WE can still do it bye using 1140 of our pts plus $2000 but that is crazy.Soooo we may do this instead...

7 days DL at GCH concierge level with best park view
doing DL of course, Ragging waters (rated #3 out of the 10 best water parks in the US), Universal Studios, and Knotts berry farm. They are all within a spits distance from DL.

than hop on the cruise.

It will cost us the same as in $$$$ as if doing both cruses but we will only use 444 DVC pts leaving us with 690 pts to play with. And those pts are a valuble thing

I have another thread started that I will need to keep running and adding thisgs to the first page but that is duable.

I think the week at DL and then the week on the cruise will be a great vacation. While back to back cruises would be good. I don't think doing the same ports two weeks in a room isn't as good as doing different ports - i.e. a western and an eastern.

I think you will have a great time at DL and then finish up with a cruise.

Actually, I've never stayed at any of the Disneyland hotels.
