July 25 - resort refurbs around MK & EP

Hello and Happy New Year!

We have a reservation for POR for 2 weeks in mid July but I was planning on surprising my family with a night in a deluxe around the MK or EP area by renting DVC points. DD has always wanted to experience GF. From my initial research, it seems like most, if not all, of the deluxes around MK and EP all have some kind of refurb/construction going on (I know POR has this scheduled too).

Flights and leave from work are booked and are non-changeable and this is likely to be our last WDW holiday for a few years.

Is there a MK/EP resort that I’ve overlooked that does not have refurb/construction scheduled for July 25?

Boardwalk’s finished refurbs though I’m not 100% sure about the villa side. But we are staying there in May to avoid the SAB construction at Yacht/Beach.

Poly room work is totally done and there is just the road work happening iirc. Only real impact is if you wanted to stay in the tower in a standard view room.

GF lobby we still don’t have an ETA for.

CR the renos are happening at BLT afaik and the hotel side is not impacted.

Thanks for the info; I’ll look into Poly I think. We haven’t ever stayed at a deluxe before so it would be a nice treat
