Hello :)

We are going to California from July 19-31st, and are staying at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson for 5 nights, the 23-28th.

Can somebody direct me to where I can find our best plan of action for our five days? For both days to attend which park, as well as how to get onto the most rides (I know it will be busy). Is MaxPass necessary all of our days? Necessary at all?

We are not park hopping. We will likely do 2 days at DCA, and 3 at DL. Which day of the six (Monday to Saturday) should we avoid? We will be coming from LA so could get there fairly early on the Monday if that’s a good day of the week to be there.

Thank you,
Erin

I’d avoid Monday or Saturday.

Look up Disneyland daily on Facebook or internet. Good plan ideas.

I haven’t been there with maxpass. I don’t think it’s a must. You can still get paper fast passes free as of now.

Thank you!

Missing Monday or Saturday works out perfectly because we can decide that week- either eliminate day #1 or 6.

When trading our vouchers for tickets, can that be done the day before we actually go into the park? Maybe Monday we could do that and wander DT Disney in the evening?

What kind of vouchers do you have? If they have an actual bar code on them, you should be able to go straight to the turnstiles with them. The CMs there will scan the bar code, take your photo to attach to the ticket, and give you a paper ticket in exchange for the voucher. If there is no bar code, you can go to the ticket booths the day you arrive to exchange the vouchers for tickets. At least one booth stays open until about an hour after park closing.

Thank you - they’re Canadian vouchers through Flight Centre, no bar code. So, we’ll wander there on the Monday to exchange and that will save us some time Tuesday morning.
