You are quite welcome - and thanks to miprenderfor keeping up page 1 with resorts AND dining. It is fun to see who will be where.

How did you find out about it? I've never received a pin but my brother gets them all the time and he hardly ever goes to Disney.



We have friends who have two boys (ages 8 & 11) and they will not eat at any princess stuff just in case someone sees them.

That is too funny about your friends' sons. I usually do not get PINs either. Last year, I signed up with a new email address on the Disney site and have gotten PINs since then. I think they actually try to send them to people who go less often.

It was in an email from Disney Destinations. That is why I am not sure if it is a general public one or a personalized one. It is for a special nightly rate at the Value resorts. It's not for a specific percentage off.

You are the closest one I have in common with anyone so far. But, a lot people have not posted them yet - so we may be in luck. I actually have had more luck with planned meets. Like, meet in front of France - near the Grand Marnier slushie stand at 1pm.................might need to do that one again - lol!

I'm with Tink on the weight loss front...working so hard to loose weight and then going to blow it on the DxDP Then again maybe I can still loose weight in all the heat with the waling and swimming...hummmmm

I learned last year about scheduling lunches.. we're on the DxDP.. we were stuffed!! We like to get to the rides and then have bfkfst. My sons (17, 14) actually had fun at the character meals.. I guess since none of their friends are around .

Same here, we were on the DxDp last year as well and my DS and I were trudging all over the parks trying to make lunch ADR's. This year I figure we will wing it and if DH sees a TS he wants for lunch I can always call the ressie line from a cell phone to see if there are any openings. I REALLY hope he want's the Plaza for lunch one day, burgers there were divine!

So this Friday I'm going to be busier then a one armed paper hanger! My folks are comming in for DD's 10th, have to go to the gym, post office, pick up the cake, go to the chiropractor with my mom, pick up DD from school with G-ma in tow, then were going out to eat and I have to get stuff together for a box for DH to get of on Saturday! While DMom is here she's going to help me re-pack our bags too so I can just stuff them under my bed and NOT worry about them until the night before I drive down to VA. Told DH today that we are 2 day's shy of the 2 month mark until we see eachother again which makes us both (thought of ANOTHER emoticon they need but this one should have music...little guy in shades dancing to "Celebrate Good Times") Also should probably contact my TA to find out when we should expect our tags and packet (DISNEY MAIL!) I will get so excited when I have those DME tags in my hot little hands! I also want to order an in room deliver from the Disney Florist...found this cute back pack with a blanket and a few other things in it. I figure the blanet can go with DH back to Afghanistan.

So, I hope that in spite of free dining, I can do the same this year. I might have to hit the gym at the BWI once or twice. Funny you mention hitting up the gym at your resort DH and I are talking about hitting up Sturdy Branches at the WL too I told him we would be walking about 10 miles or more a day and he said he walks more then that EVERY day out in Afghanistan I have to step up my A-game so I can keep up with the DH and his long legs! We eat well at Disney too...my favorite part...I dont have to wash a SINGLE dish We deffinately should go for a Dis Meet in Epcot! I'm down! Ok, let's pick a day for that Dismeet! We could do it July 16th since we are both in the park that day.......I just cannot make it too early because we are planning on doing EMH at MK the night before. I am thinking of posting a picture of our family to help with identification.

DH had knee surgery in March with some complications. The bright side to that is we get to fly instead of drive this year - AND - he won't be walking 20 steps ahead of the rest of us this time - I feel your pain!

I cancelled my 7:00 San Angel Inn ADR on July 15th (food just looked gross) -- and changed it to 6:30 at Tokyo Dining....

I have to admit that i'm checking the list every night to see the ADR updates... I'm sharing some w/ Tx Disney --- but not that many so far --- and we're staying 15 nights... really hoping there are more "matches" up and coming!!!

I have to admit that i'm checking the list every night to see the ADR updates... I'm sharing some w/ Tx Disney --- but not that many so far --- and we're staying 15 nights... really hoping there are more "matches" up and coming!!!

First, you are NOT being a pest!!! I do not mind updating the list at all. It is really fun to watch. I hope more people are willing to add their ADRs - it is fun to share!!!

Honey, afternoon is a GREAT time for us! 16th we will be going from Chef Mickey's to Epcot and spending the day in Future World (WS takes at LEAST 2 days on it's own lol) but I would be more then willing to go to WS earlier then planned . I have pics of all of us in my PTR (which I need to update soon! I got pics of the girls with their new haircuts...well all but ODD who will get her's in about June or so) I hoppe your DH feels better soon! My DH is like
6'1 so his strides are a lot longer then mine. He always stays with us though which is good (besides Gillian might be in her harness and although she's tall for her age her legs are still short). If need be, we can msg eachother cell numbers to find out where we all are that day.

I would to stay for 15 days! DH says that maybe after the kids are all grown up and out of the house he and I will go for an extended stay like that. For now though we have to settle for one week...although he said I could go for 2 weeks with my DSis!

OM Goodness! I just realized that I've almost got only 2 months until I see DH again (after 9 months apart!) I'm REALLY hoping I can achive my "Pooh to Princess Size" goal before I see him again!

I do know I just booked the VIP tour for Friday, July 22 and we are ending at Liberty Tree Tavern @ 7 pm. So excited for that.

Off the top of my head --

7/18 - Crystal Palace 11:45 for lunch (this is the entire group!!)

7/19 - Donald's breakfast 8 something

7/20 - Princess breakfast 10:45 (I think) and then we have the Illuminations dessert party that night.

7/21 -- 50's Primetime for lunch (11:30?)

I haven't really been posting much because I don't have that much to say right now!!! I know shockers of all shockers for me. I'm usually talking Disney 24/7. I have been reading though....maybe when I hit 45 days and get a Disney package in the mail I will get hyped up again.

I think the $$$$$ aspect of it is getting to me (so then I go and book the VIP????? )....I still haven't got a clue where we are staying Saturday night when we arrive at WDW since we are getting there a day early due to the college visit added plans - so that's stressing me out (can you say I'm a planner? This uncertainty is annoying!).

I'm kind of in a panic mode of EEK....how many more paychecks and why does everyone want to suck my money NOW? Probably because I WAS paid in full until we added all these extra things....and I'm owed money by family members for the things I've already paid (i.e. dessert party)....Actually once they pay me that pretty much pays for the VIP tour.

Then there is the vacation clothes you have to buy (or is that just me that does that?)...my DD keeps asking when we are going vacation clothes shopping but we have to get through the end of the school year which is "oh we have this field trip & that field trip so send in this, that & the other thing!" Doesn't it sound like I NEED the vacation?

OH..and I found out the A/C doesn't work in my car & we are DRIVING!!! I do believe that might just need to be fixed before we head to FL in July unless I want to roast....it doesn't have to work long...just the driving days, the other days it will just sit parked nicely on property.

Also, we just got a couple new kittens and they are worse than the kids for fighting....hopefully they will settle down soon and realize neither one of them are going anywhere so they may as well just get along.

That sounds like a plan! I think we could probably do around 3pm - that would give enough time to get back up to FW for your ADR. We can post it here closer to the date and see if anyone else wants to join us - and we can definitely exchange cell phone #s.

Sounds like you really need the vacation. Last year we drove down for spring break, and as we were approaching Orlando, realized it was REALLY HOT, and not cooling off - yes, it was our A/C.......we did get it fixed before we went down in the summer. Luckily spring break it was not as warm as July.

We also shop for vacation clothes, but I am hoping to lose a few more pounds first, so I am delaying that for now.

The end of the school year is so busy. We have DS's band concert tonight. DD's is in 2 weeks, etc. etc.

I can see why you are overwhelmed and doing all that planning for everyone - it makes sense why you might not want to come on here and talk more Disney. I am sure once the Mouse Mail starts arriving that will change too!

The end of the school year is so busy. We have DS's band concert tonight. DD's is in 2 weeks, etc. etc.

My DD's choir concert is Thursday...DS-14 is in a couple weeks. They are all at the end of their school so moving up next year which means lots of EXTRA end of the year things that I have to remember about!!!

DS-10 has the 5th grade play and so has been staying after. The performances are Friday & Monday -- so glad when that's over.

Then my DD was in an ice show, her and my youngest take dance so they have their dance recital in a couple weeks, then there is 8th grade graduation ceremony along with they go to Great America so I have to make sure someone is around to pick DS up!!! They don't get back until late! I have about a gazillion things on my calendar right now...oh and my 10 year old's birthday is coming up so we are planning on doing a combined birthday party at MagiQuest (which is a really cool place!) but I need to hear from their friends how many are coming -- SOON.

Basically I can't really *think* Disney until after May.....LOL!!! Come June 7 though...I will then go into the OTHER panic mode of "OH CRUD...I have 50,000 things to do and not enough time to do them"....I actually have a fundraiser that I direct though that I also have to get through and that is July 9.

What really needs to get done will get done in the end and if it doesn't it won't be the end of the world I'm sure....things will work out -- besides it's not a vacation unless something doesn't quite go as planned (or you won't have any good stories anyway! Can you tell I grew up on driving vacations WAY before GPS was around....we always got lost at least once and/or had some sort of car trouble!)

I'm thinking 45 days out because if you do a package you have to be paid in full by then and that is also when cancellation penalties go into effect. I went through a TA last time (not AAA) and I think the package gets fowarded to you from the TA but I'm not 100% sure on that.

At least that is my assumption. It's certainly not when you are paid in full or I would have had it by now. I was a bit bummed that I had to wait but it does make sense to wait until the 45 day policy kicks in.

In my case, they unexpectedly sent me just a little welcome kit, not much but a "hey can't wait to see you, make sure you make your ADR's and look at all the fun stuff you can do so get the most expensive ticket you can!" I know I didn't get that last time.
