Has anyone not been able to get what they wanted or been waitlisted for the end of July?

We usually go in the summer, including July. We've never had a problem getting what we want at the 11 month window, nor at the 7 month window.

Now, if you're just now booking July (3 months out), that could be a very different story. If so, my guess is resort flexibility would be very important!

We're going July 13 - 18 and booked our home resort - SSR. We waitlisted for BWV and BCV and BWV came through in about 6 weeks .

Due to various reasons, we could not book this year until earlier this month for end of July. We were able to get 2BR villas at OKW and SSR, each for 5 nights, but are waitlisted for BWV. I expected to get OKW and SSR, but we had to switch some dates in order to even get these. Hopefully next year we can be back to booking earlier.

We tried for HHI the day the 7 month window opened and could not get it.

We've had a studio booked at BCV for July 28 - Aug. 4 since the 7 month window opened. Last month, we called & are now on the waitlist for 2 more nights at BCV (Aug. 4 & 5).

Last week, we called & added a nite to the start of our vacation & got AKV...no problem!

We booked for SSR for June 28-July5 and waitlisted for BWV and OKW. We have got all our waitlists for the BWV except for the 3rd of July(we are hopeful we will get it,too!!). So you might get lucky, but as always it depends....good luck tho

We are going July 6 - 15 and had no problem getting a 1BR @ BCV at the 7 month window.
