I know people keep saying that the hotels are booking up for the summer. I went to the disney website and checked our dates June 28-July 12th. There was availability in almost all the deluxes, and almost all categories. The only ones that I couldn't get into were CR and AKL only had a two room suites. There was availability in all room categories at GF, Poly, YC, BC, BWI and WL. So maybe there will be some AP rates out!

I'm wondering if something may come out after the next promotion is done - and that ends, I believe, April 15.

I saw this on another thread. No idea if it will happen. Also, no idea if it will apply to July, but I'm checking the Disney Visa web site for offers.

I read elsewhere that they may release info to DV Cardholders about April 7th, and the general public April 12th for trips between Aug 26th-Sept 22nd. Just thought I'd share, this is what I read though; it's a rumor, so you never know.

Of course, I've been checking that site since before I saw this.

I heard the next promotion coming out is the free dining for August. I bet their is not a promotion for June.

If I recall correctly, that was the talk last summer for July. And although the resort choices were limited they did end up offering the BW area resorts and several DVC properties. They had the YC/BC for $179 per night for a standard room, $249 Water view, and $319 concierge. So there is always hope. The CM's don't have a clue what will or won't be offered so I don't pay alot of attention the negative thoughts on the boards concerning discounts. As I and another poster mentioned there is alot of availibility in the deluxe resorts in June and Disney will want to fill those rooms. Its all luck and we don't know until Disney decides. So good luck to all!!!!

Last year, June dates came out on June 8th..they were for June 20th forward...I am hoping my 18th and 19th are covered!

I'm hanging in there too - would love to upgrade to a deluxe with a discount. AKL would be awesome...almost considered it but way too much $$ that could be used to have fun instead.

We will be at POR June 16th - 20th, then off to St. Augustine for a few days.

Ok well I just called Disney just to see if the price over the phone was any different than their web site. Well the nice cast member checks my dates and looks at the WL and tells me that I could have a standard room at the WL for the same price as my standard room at PORFQ. I said book it! Then as he is changing my reservations to WL he says an error message has occured and he needs to put me on hold. Well he comes back and says I'm sorry but that was not the correct price and it was the same price as I had inquired about on the website. What the h***! It's not April Fools Day yet! One second of excitement and then its all taken away! I knew it was all too good to be true!
So I continue to wait for any discount code that comes our way. Maybe a little pixie dust will help.....

I must have missed that. We went in June but I never thought to check so close to the date. I'm keeping up on this one.

What's with Aug? Are there codes out for that or free dining? We may have to go then if family in Fla. is out of town in June.

First, we were going in August which I loved because I snagged $125 at the Swan. Then, we deicded on early June. He got a gig.

So I'm subscribing because I'm thinking about July now. Perhaps late June.

First, we were going in August which I loved because I snagged $125 at the Swan. Then, we deicded on early June. He got a gig.

So I'm subscribing because I'm thinking about July now. Perhaps late June.

The Swan discount is on the Resort Boards but I think it is only til May but maybe I am wrong I have read so many things...lol! I am looking to go in July Aug as well but the rates were $179-$199. a night so far but I am watching!
