We had a bit of a panic last night where we thought that the now dead washing machine had dumped a lot of water into the walls and we might need to rip the walls out. But we think (we hope -- knock wood) that it was just the pile of kids' laundry that got wet and was now a compost laundry pile that was breeding a nasty sour stink. So Greg is at a laundromat today (his first time ever!) doing about 10 loads of laundry, pending delivery of our new washer tomorrow.
So we're talking, just not here.
Do you guys know when you'll be heading to the Earl of Sandwich? I know you're meeting for drinks elsewhere first; I just didn't know how long you'd be drinking.
I don't think we'll be too long at the Turf as some of us have to go elsewhere. Maybe an hour???????
So after that experience perhaps the regular hours won't be so bad?
Getting all of the documents together and starting to make lists!!!!

Ok, I have to share what happened today......
First, last week, I received a phone message indicating that I never paid the remaining balance on my WDW ressie, so my 2day trip was cancelled on Tuesday of this week to the AKL.
I found out and flipped out, it was a email/snail mail misunderstanding and was resolved.....
When this happened, I think my GG ressie was cancelled.
Then, my DD22 realized she could join us in WDW next Thursday and Friday.
When I called and tried to add her to our ressie including park tix, dining plan and GG dinner on Friday, I had to totally change our resort, pay a fortune and get her included in our WDW experience.
Then I tried to add her to the GG dinner and I was literally on hold for THREE HOURS today, trying to get this resolved.........after talking to FOUR WDW employees, I found out that I DID NOT HAVE A RESSIE ANYMORE FOR OUR GG EXPERIENCE. Only the last agent seemed to give me straight answers, so after waiting another 4 hours, she called me and told me that our entire party of 5 will now be at the GG event..........
Thx to everyone who provided info today..........I did write a complaint email to guest services about all of this, I'm so happy it's resolved and we can now look forward to next week's events...........thx again to all and sorry again for getting the pirate today, I was in the middle of all this fiasco and somehow I ended up with the 100 post!
Also, my DD24, is still working on our deck plans chart with her BF for the FE list...........they say it will be done by Monday.........I will post their maps when they are done.........
Oh, BTW, my DH and I are married 29 years today............and they said it wouldn't last..........
My wife has been trying to talk me into a massage, but I can't justify it. I have two kids that take great glee in jumping up and down on me like I'm a trampoline. And it's free!
And if you need help with the pictures, I'll be glad to! I can even set up an account for you, and help get you started. It's a cakewalk once you do it a time or two.

It will be so nice to meet another JoAnn. All the JoAnn's I've ever met are really nice and I can see that you are, too. Don't worry about missing the early chatter, a few minutes with us and you'll feel like you've been in from the beginning. We play very nice in the sand box!!!! Although, warning, we are a little nutty (OK, a lot nutty!)
I see from her ticker that she is celebrating her 50th birthday on board. So it might be just she and DH.
Yesterday at SeaWorld, someone was yelling for a Joann (not me) - I was like, "hey! Wait! this isn't the DCL terminal!"
Thanks! Amazingly, I actually do know how to post photos - I just can't. DH hasn't connected the laptop to the internet at my folks house - and that's simply toooooooo complicated for me to manage on my own. All our photos are on the laptop.
I'm with 'ya on this one! My downstairs is now spotless - we won't talk about the boys' two bedrooms, one bathroom, and we can leave Monday!
It is just me and Mamma Mia (the CD from the movie) in the house right now and I'm getting alot done (like chatting on the boards)
