I LOVE Anne of Green Gables. I tried to get my girls into it - but I think they're too young. Of course, it just gave me an excuse to read it all over again! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I love the movies and the books, plus I used to watch Avonlea on the Disney Channel in the early 90s - if they could count as "1" I would have put those on my movie list too! Maggie never got into them - nor, my "Little House" or Nancy Drew and I saved my books just for her... :sad1:

1: What is your favorite movie genre? Romantic comedy

2: If you could only watch one movie for the rest of your life, what would it be? Under the Tuscan Sun

3: What kind of music do you like? Classic Rock :cool2:

4: How do you like to listen to it? (I-pod, CD, cassette, good ol' LP, etc.) CD in the car or better yet...LIVE :thumbsup2

5: If you could go to one place to visit - where would it be? Disneyland Paris :lovestruc

6: Do you speak a foreign language? If so, which one? If not, which one do you wish you'd learnt? Just english for me... :rotfl:

7: If you could meet one person on earth, who would it be? Bono

8: What car do you drive? Silver Ford Explorer with a Mickey Mouse license plate and antenna topper

9: What is your dream job? to work for Disney! :goodvibes

10: How long have you been planning this cruise? about a year and half I would say

We had reservations to stay at the Inn at Bay Fortune, Colleen Dewhurst had rented it (pre-inn days) during the filming of the movies.

That was my motivation to stay there - for John it was the food - our favorite Canadian Food Network Chef, Michael Smith began his rise to fame at that inn... :cool1:

What about the Inn at White Sands?

I really should go work out - I just got a bunch of new pilates equipment last week - I have no excuse. But, this is more fun!!!

Worked out yesterday - but supposed to do so again tomorrow - too bad mean boss person scheduled a meeting in the middle of my workout!

Of course, instead of doing it tonight - I'm snacking and chattin' on the DIS!!!:rotfl:

Hey I've got an idea for a job! Maybe Disney will hire me to cruise the Med and offer quick survival French, Spanish, and Italian crash courses before we get to each port....:thumbsup2

I'd be up for a French refresher - I'm trying to make it a Spanish immersion cruise for my son. My SIL is Guatamalan, my brother is fluent as well as my nephew. I'm threatening to make Mike speak in Spanish the whole cruise... :thumbsup2
