THANK YOU FOR FORGIVING ME......okay, enough with being nice.........:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: ............so jealous, have fun in WDW on Xmas...........no worries, we'll be down one of these holidays!!!!!!!:goodvibes (Lucy was pretending to be nice b/c she wanted to impress you all...............):rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Have a fabulous time at WDW! What a great place to celebrate Christmas. It has been mid to upper 30's for 3 days now, also VERY foggy. A lot of our snow has melted, what is left is dirty and icky looking. It is currently raining but will soon be turning to snow - up to 6 inches over night. We will have a white Christmas.

keep it, please!:dance3: :dance3:
Don't need that to worry about when we fly on Monday....:woohoo:

My husband packed this morning for 3/4 of the family...the 21 yr. old will probably throw it in a suitcase, everything he owns, which isn't much, Monday morning.....we have been begging him to go shopping but he is too embarrassed to shop with mom and dad at his age...so, we leave it up to him and the results are not good....yes, my new friends, you will hear me complain about my boys quite often - take it with a grain of salt, ok?:grouphug:

I get crazy about cleaning my house before I go on vacation - anyone else like that? I know JoAnn is too. Why do we put ourselves thru this? :confused3
I clean the house, the boys come home...back to the same old thing...
uh-oh, here I go again, sorry:flower3:

Tomorrow I want to finish baking cookies - my mother is in a nursing home and I want to take the nurses and aides a huge plate of cookies (and another thing you may know about me, besides my LOVE for Disney, is I love to bake!)....:yay:

Talk to you tomorrow:cool1:

I was hoping this would get better as DS gets older - oh well. I'm so tired of hearing "why do I have to try it on - it fits - can't we go now..."

I can't believe your DH does the packing. I have to remember to bring everything. DH usually forgets something he needs (like one cruise when he forgot his dress shirt).

It's supposed to rain here today

. We may go to see Enchanted later. DS is having some friends over tomorrow for Christmas Eve. I'm thinking of asking my DM if she wants to stay over. She is very depressed. My aunt who passed away (her SIL) lived with her so now she is all alone in the house and her best friend passed away yesterday. It stinks to get old. We always spend Christmas day at her house and she cooks but she probably shouldn't be alone Christmas morning.

For everyone spending Christmas at WDW - have a great time and think of us while you're there.

Yes, I'm spoiled - husband doing packing - he is SO MUCH MORE organized than I am! As often as we go on vacation (2-3 times a year) - I still freak out when it comes to packing - even weekend trips!:scared1: :sad1:

Enchanted is awesome - we saw it two weeks ago...well, my boys didn't go, they wouldn't have enjoyed it - went with another "Disney" family. But, I must admit - anything "Dr. McDreamy" is in, I would love:lmao: :lmao:

Yea, the 15 yr. old is learning everything from the 21 yr. old and that is NOT good!:scared1: :scared1: The 15 yr. old claims "car sickness" everytime we want to go somewhere, BUT, if it was to Game Stop or Best Buy - he'd be fine.... :sad2:

8:00 - time to start working around this house, baking and cleaning....
gotta check my 'ticker'!:cool1:  :woohoo: :cheer2: :yay:

I have a great idea, if Brian needs clothes, buy him Mickey Mouse shirts!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Yes, I love to clean before a trip, I always feel so blessed to travel anywhere and I like to organize and clean my home before I go (it's a wonderful motivation!).................it's very nice that you're baking for the nursing home stafff!!:dance3:

Ever since my "Rents" (parents) moved to the NJ shore, they've been staying over on Christmas eve......it adds alittle excitement to the holiday and I know they enjoy it. I haven't spoke to them about it, but I'll probably see if they want to join our cruise. They usually do.........one day to go, everyone.............Merry Christmas!!:dance3:

:santa: Merry Christmas to All!:santa:
Maryann

#1 Cabin - me. dh, dd(then 12) ds(then 14 - a freshman - eek!)
#2 My parents
#3 dbro, dsil, and dnephew(then 7)

First cruises for the rest - we've sailed two - March 2004 and May 2006.

Our numbers are growing - we're up to 10 - my best friend is coming too!

And you guys didn't tell ME you were going??? :sad2:
Might have to think about this one.....unless I'm not invited.....;)

keeping our fingers crossed...we may be on this one as well. Couldn't book on-board last week due to the computer glitch but hopefully she'll call after christmas and set us up. :santa:

Merry Christmas everyone! After icky weather all weekend (rain, sleet, snow, high winds) things calmed down yesterday. Today was a beautiful, sunny Christmas day! Santa brought ds a new bike! Santa wasn't sure he'd like it, he hadn't asked for it, but he was thrilled! He had to show it to everyone that came over. It was a great day, hope you all had great ones too!

I also clean the house before vacation. I like to come home to a clean house. It stays clean all of 2 minutes once we are home. Things are crazy enough with unpacking, I couldn't imagine doing it with pre-existing clutter!

Hey, you're all invited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love to clean before a big vacation, it takes away the guilt!!!!!!!

Merry Christmas to all, join us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our first pirate, is upon is in just a few posts..........does anyone else know what that means???:goodvibes ;) :confused3

It's the day after Christmas and I'm very tired. DS and I sing in the church choir and we sing at midnight mass. We didn't get home until 1:30 am and then he got up at 6:30 am! His Grandma in CA sent him a Wii.

justmestace and Kadorto I'm looking forward to adding your name to our growing list. We may need to take over the sailaway party.

I'm another one who likes to come back to a clean house. DH and DS just don't understand how nice it is not to have to clean when you come home (because they don't do it).

I'm in for a piratepirate: ! For anyone not familiar with pirates, anytime a post hits 00 it's minor pirate, or 000 it's a major pirate and you get to name your pirate.

So let the countdown begin!

Maryann

PS. It's no fun if no one else is on to play.

Any lurkers out there?

Our first official pirate: !

I hereby call you:

Captain Fluffypirate: ARGH!
