since my SECOND love is watching the weather forecasts (first being Disney OF COURSE! ), what is everyone on the east coast expecting this weekend?

JoAnn #2...go ahead - make us jealous.....I can handle it (maybe!)

I believe, since we are about one hour north of Phila. we may not see too much snow.....today is sunny, so far (it IS only 8:45 in the morning) so I think I'll put a chair by our mailbox and watch for that packet! What a great time to arrive....during winter weather!

Oh yuk! I just heard that between Sun. and Mon. we're supposed to get 4 inches of snow. I thought our dopey groundhog predicted an early spring.

They say up to 8 inches for us. Maybe no school on Monday. It was almost 60 degrees yesterday!

Great night in the city of Cinicnnati! Mark and I sat on the front row of the UC/West Virginia BB game....what a great time! We got to say hi and shake hands with Bob Knight too! If you don't know who he is, (JoAnn and Lucy), it's o.k. I'll still love you!

Since I lived in the Chicago area, I remember the media's "love to hate" relationship with Bobby Knight and his infamous temper, it's weird to hear him called "Bob" instead of "Bobby." He was/is respected by Texas Tech fans and alumni, I'm glad he could finish out his career in Texas!

Anyone else want to try for the second group brunch? We need 12 people with their reservation numbers before they will try to give us a time. Once we hit 12, I will start collecting reservation numbers.

Hope everything is going well with everyone else. I'm still trying to get rid of this cough. It's not a problem unless I talk. Being a teacher, not talking is not an option. So I have been working and trying to catch up on sleep in between classes. I don't even have the energy to think about this cruise.

And now my DS has decide to join the rest of his scout troop to go to the regular summer camp. First he goes to New Mexico for 2 weeks. Comes home for 3 days and leave for WDW/DCL fun. The day after we return from the cruise, he leaves for summer camp for a week. This is making my head dizzy. It sounds like a crazy schedule to me. Ahhh...to be young......

And now my DS has decide to join the rest of his scout troop to go to the regular summer camp. First he goes to New Mexico for 2 weeks. Comes home for 3 days and leave for WDW/DCL fun. The day after we return from the cruise, he leaves for summer camp for a week. This is making my head dizzy. It sounds like a crazy schedule to me. Ahhh...to be young......

I will be praying for the hectic pace of back to school to get some relief - ds14's summer schedule is insane! He has 12 weekdays total unscheduled this summer between band camp, Marine Biology camp, vacation, and HS marching band practice. 2 weekdays in June, 7 weekdays in July before vacation and 3 weekdays post-vacation in July.

My daughter got her first job yesterday at a new Burger King about 5 minutes from our house. She 's very excited.

We've had a crazy week. My brother's wife was taken to the hospital on Wednesday and had to have an emergency appendectomy. They had just gotten back from WDW on MOnday night. We've been helping out as much as we can. They have a 17 month old baby boy. My sil came home from the hospital yesterday which wiil make things a little easier.

We received our cruise packet on Thursday.
