You guys and your pirate races.... I'm gonna be disappointed if I dont get to see some pirate races on the boat... People dressedup like pirates racing around the jogging track.... lets see who wins that one!

A record setting day here in Houston. 104 degrees was the high today.

....and as the weatherman said, not a chance for snow in sight (I think he meant to say rain LOL!)

Yeah, I got on my motorcycle yesterday to go home... it was parked in the shade and the thermometer read 103. As I was going down the road I tried to open my face shield to let a breeze in to cool me off, but instead it just felt like holding a blow dryer in my face. I'm just not built for weather like this...

Oh yeah, I'm going SCUBA diving today... first time since I got my certification (which was about a year and a half ago) I'm so excited

Hello to everyone. I haven't even looked at the board in months and I know you all haven't heard from me in about a year. I admit I have been ill and barely got done what i needed to do. Actually am at the mayo clinic in MN right now and had some free time before my next appointment....but hmm don't know if I have time to go back and read 400 pages of posts! You all have been very busy!! But I did see that I missed the sign up for the FE
Bummer. Well, i guess i could start on the last 20 pages of posts, but not thinking I have a hope for a second pirate
But the Mayo is making me beter and I will be ready for the cruise...bring on the bahama mama!

Yeah most of the water around here is pretty nasty... apparently this place is up along 288 somewhere and its a manmade lake specifically for scuba diving.... havnt been there but I'm just excited to get back in the water
