can someone tell me where the latest cruiser list is on this thread? I haven't been on in awhile. I started looking but after going thru about 10 pages I gave up.
Just like to know what DISers to look for while I wander the ship!!
to Joanne for her DH and
to Wendy for her DD.....let's get them healthy for the cruise........my DH just came down with shingles, so let's get him healthy too!
So I emailed my TA to double-check.......anyone else on our trip w/o passports?

Ok, so I just found out that my DD's BF never got a passport! She's accused me of telling her he didn't need it!So I emailed my TA to double-check.......anyone else on our trip w/o passports?

Well - from what I was able to find online - Brewers Bay and Cane Garden sound the best for families.
Brewers Bay if you like fewer people and snorkeling - but treacherous up & down hill road to get there. But only about 15 minutes from Road Town.
Cane Garden if you don't mind crowds and want to do more than just soak up the sun and swim. Slightly farther, but easier to get to.
So, I don't know what we'll end up doing. Wish there was an option for an earlier dolphin excursion...![]()
, at Tortola. We have a dolphin excursion around 1:00. We have been looking for beach close by. Found lots of good reviews about both beaches but Brewers Bay seemed to be least crowded. Wasn't sure about the drive time. 15 minutes does not seem too bad so long as we get up and off the ship first thing........my DH just came down with shingles, so let's get him healthy too!

It's always OUR faults!

to Ken and you (an aggravation hug). Yes, we are ALWAYS at fault, don't you know. Hopefully you won't have any problems with the rush on the passport. Sometimes grownup kids just HAVE to take responsibility for being aware and living in the world. When you know you will be travelling out of the country, wouldn't you think about what paperwork you would need, even if someone else was handling the ressies? We just went through something similar with DS & DF. They are going to WDW in Aug. and didn't ask about dining ressies, just assuming they'd wing it. The way the parks will be packed (I think free dining is about when they will be there) plus the fact that DS is a veteran WDW visitor, you'd think they'd inquire about how far in advance you could book dining. They are past the 90 window and I'm not sure if they'll get their choices. But it was, "you didn't tell me about the 90 days...". Hello, you didn't ask. Well, I emailed them the DIS links for menus, etc. Now the ball is in their court. And you know what, if they don't make them, it won't be me eating at Mickey D's.

In case anyone hasn't seen this:
Attention: Boards going down this afternoon
Caskbill (Bill Neth) has been a positive force on the DIS for years as part of the Technical Support Team and the DVC Boards. He has developed free software to aid DVC members with their planning and has also written programs to automate processes on the DVC Rent/Trade and Resort Reservtion Availability Boards here on the DIS.
As a memorial tribute to Caskbill, Pete is taking the DIS dark from 5 - 7 pm (EDT) this afternoon.
He was a good friend to many and is greatly missed.
Please join the DIS in honoring his life.
A very touching gesture on Pete's part........to Joanne for her DH and
