My deal is that if my group of 6 plus the Rents = 8, the price is so high.....hundreds of dollars. I believe there is a ferry which sounds a lot cheaper so that's what I plan to do. I've done the ferries before and they run on schedule and they're much more affordable. The taxis are also very efficient from what I've experienced. I'll just leave plenty of time for the return trip.

Thank you for the welcome everyone!! I am getting so excited. I can't get into my account yet to book the excursions until tomorrow since we just booked it today. Actually my family just booked it, the other 21 people booked it last year and we are hopping on!!

Where can I find a picture of the FE that everyone is purchasing? Can I make one or are you buying it from ebay? Or am I too late?

What excursions should I try and schedule right away? If I decided to wait until on board will it be too late? I think we are too late for Palo but would love to try.

Where can I find the info about the 'specail themed nights"? I know I have seen it somewhere but I can't find it.

I am so excited and so glad that there are so many people that will be there! I hope I can meet some of you.

Dizzy - are you thinking you are going to just take the ferry over and walk it yourself? I was thinking of doing that, trying to figure out if I am brave enough.

This is what I am thinking about doing.......today. It sounds very easy and doable. I read somewhere to think of their ferry more as a reliable water bus. Maybe we could do it together. Strength in numbers.

We got ours from eBay last year for our cruise. You can go this route, or make your own - anything from fancy crafting to a gift bag (appropriately secured to the fish) would be fine. I'll post a picture of ours from eBay.

Some of the excursions - like the swim with the dolphins are already sold out. But most still have space. They always hold back some Palo slots for reservations on board. As soon as you get on the ship go to the Rockin' Bar D to see if they have any slots open.

OK, back to this topic again....

WV Space Monkey, you can bring beer on at boarding with a soft sided cooler. You also can pick up beer in Tortola or St Thomas and bring it back on board.

now, is this bringing 'a' beer or lots of beer? With liquor they take it away from you if you buy it in port and dont give it back till you're getting off the boat.... beer doesnt work that way? you can just take beer back on with you?

Also, how does the liquor store on the boat work, do you actually get to have that stuff on the boat if you buy it from them?
